I made three separate orders from this company. The first two orders were processed correctly and the parts worked prefectly. The third order was processed incorrectly, and one of the parts was not what I ordered. I had to pay to return the incorrect part. I am disappointed with the customer service related to the third order.
Great Experience - Parts were as described and shipped on time.
I have the reasonable expectation the when I order something I should know about when I will get it. Most suppliers will tell you that and give tracking when it's created. After almost a week of trying to find out when I might get the part from them they supplied tracking the day it was delivered.
Where I live, I can buy a clutch at 3am on Christmas, give me a reason to buy from you.
They sent me two parts in one box but surprise, one part is missing. Congregated customer support ticket on their website, no response after 5 days. Tried calling customer support for 1 1/2 hours only to be continually kicked out. They have billed my credit card for a part they never sent..... Find another vendor!
Of the two packages I ordered only one arrived. The one that did arrive was not what I had expected it to be based on the description Parts Geek provided prior to my order. Additionally, when I tried to call regarding the package that was never received I was put on hold for over 30 minutes and then was hung up on. Pretty poor service. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company.
Hit a deer and needed economical repair parts. Parts looked good, fit and were reasonably priced. The headlight and corner light even came with bulbs and sockets. The only thing keeping from a 5 star rating was the packing of parts in the box. The boxes with the small parts were stacked on top of the grille which was loose in a large box. A few tabs were broken off backside of grille. In all fairness must say that I did not contact PartsGeek and decided to use anyway since you cannot tell when assembled. Will do business with them again, hopefully not because of a deer.
I called in to purchase a new Bosch starter for our '64 VW Beetle. It sometimes comes with an additional part, a small copper or brass bushing, that one can buy extra. When I called to see if this was included, as it was featured in the picture, the guy I spoke with on the phone tried to look it up on the Bosch website and said he "didn't THINK it came with it." Not having this part was kind of a big deal and rather than spending another $15 on a hunch it might not be there, I hedged that it would. Thankfully, it was, but auto repairs always take longer and cost more than one expects. Partsgeek.com SHOULD know these things or be willing to find out. On the other hand, the part came quickly, without delays, and was in great shape. I would definitely buy again -- prices are awesome. Customer service left something to be desired.
My Honda Pilot is approaching 100,000 miles and so is servicing the timing belt. I soon found out that a kit was available including water pump, pulleys, tensioner etc. And I soon found out that partsgeek.com had the best prices. I need to supplement this kit with a drive belt and with this many miles on it, a belt tensioner also. And guess what! Yep. Partsgeek again has the best price again. Oh, I always look around for the best deal, but so far it's been found at partsgeek.com.
If you have a problem with your vehicle, and can determine the exact problem. Buy your parts from Parts Geek, they have always gotten my parts to me in a reasonable amount of time and right. The only problem I have with them is getting the return on a core charge, it is way to complicated of a system to navigate.
I return the part that I ordered for a defect and 40 days later I still haven't got credit for
