Good prices, wrong address
I used the Partystuffonline website for the first time, and placed an order for over £100 of party equipment. On the payment page and delivery address page you are required to enter a billing address, and since I wanted the order to be delivered to another address I entered an 'alternative delivery address' - the other address being at the opposite side of the country. Guess where the parcel was delivered. Good price for delivery but clearly the website needs to be clarified; my advice, just put the delivery address into the billing address part. The mistake cost me £25 and has almost definitely put me off this particular website, although Partyrama I'd still use since their payment section actually works.

Great products, super speedy delivery!!

Very bad
I placed an order with partystuff which was confirmed by email with an image of the product I had ordered which matched that which I saw on the website. The product arrived and was not the sams as the image on their website or that had been sent to me in the email confirmation. The product was changed with the same product code within 5 days of when I ordered it and there has been no explanation for this, I was not contacted to advise that the product was different and when I called I was not provdied with an explanation as to how this had occurred and advised to send them back. Upon calling for the second time due to the large order I had place it was agreed that collection would be made and a refund provided, with no suitable alternative on offer it has caused problems for my event.

You get just what you order - fabulous x
A few days ago I order some decorations for Ed's birthday and they arrived within a couple if days. I was a little worried about the order but they all arrived quickly and the quality is really good. I'm really happy with it all.

Great service, package arrived much sooner than expected and in pristine condition.

Did as they said they would
A small order was placed on a Monday evening for an event taking place on Tuesday of the following week so we upgraded the carriage to 2 working days to ensure it arrived in time. The delivery was received on the Thursday so all was good.

The service was very good. The goods arrived very quickly. My only complaint is that the inflatable monkey and parrot deflated within half an hour of being blown up.

Excellent service and great products
Put in an order last minute for our St Georges day party at work, the products were exactly as described, got exactly what we needed and more ,delivery arrived quick exactly when it said it would.
I would definately use this company again, cant believe we only just discovered it!

Not overly impressed
The items were packaged well and I was pleased with the candles and the pink star weight. The purple star weight however was scratched and the 6 pack of '60' balloons contained 1 '21' balloon !?! I needed the items quickly for a birthday a couple of days later , otherwise I would have returned them and ordered elsewhere . Overall disappointing .

Raised the roof
Hi we have recently renewed our wedding vows after 10yrs and was looking to buy helium canisters to blow up the 1000's of balloons that my wife had already brought online, and these people came to our rescue and delivered the helium out to us in a matter of a day. Without them the whole reception looked deflated So its with many thanks that we had the roof raised off by party stuff online thanks guys

Instructions on online form were not followed therefore order was incorrect and I had to return - correct item was out of stock - I should have just been phoned before order was dispatched

Lovely web site very user friendly hopeless staff
I used the website to purchase some items for a wedding and the web site is great, there is everything you could possibly need for a wedding or a large party. The order was delivered very quickly however when the box was opened things went downhill. There were 2x21inch serving trays that were packaged in a 19 inch box and one of the trays had black marks on it that must have been there when it was packaged (which considering theh were for food was totally unacceptable) they were bent to fit in the box. The rest of the order wss fine I then called customer services regarding the items I agreed to send email pictures of the items and she kept emailing me for more information when a quick phonecall would have got it resolved much quieter. She even asked for a picture of the packaging which I had to get out of the recycling I emailed to say don't bother to send replacements could they please just put the credit against my next order but had an email back to say they were sending replacements From the last remark then I took it they are not concerned if they receive another order. Everyone in work has seen the trays over the weekend and agree there is no way they shoukd have been sent

Overpriced
I got cheaper from Poundland, same quality for a third of the price. The delivery charge was a shock and much more expensive than other companies that sell products online.
Will not be using again and will not be recommending them.

Quick response well packed goods
It was easy to identify and order what I needed. I was given an approximate delivery time and tracking information options.
The price was fair compared to competitors and the goods arrived in one piece well packed.
I ordered two containers of helium for some balloons. The amount I received was exactly as stated and ran out as we pumped up the last balloon.
The balloons did not maintain elevation in the air for very long and as a consequence we were not able to use them. Now it may have been the helium or the balloons I can't say. The net result was they were to have been a series of table centre pieces at a major event and the tables had to be left bare.

very swift effcient service
Once I ordered the items, they came much quicker than the service delivery dates indicated and products were as advertised. Only minor negative was there seemed to be a lot of wasted packaging for what were nonbreakable items.
