Very Good Service!
I have puchased a few items from your store thruogh the internet. they are reasonably good quality but unfortunately very expensive. Your customers services communitions over the the phone are very good.

I received my products faster than I probably would have even if I had ordered within the states. The products havent been tried yet but the prices were good, shipping was reasonable and nothing was missing.
I do think it would be nice if there were a way to "opt in" to receiving the catalog or possibly offering a less pornographic catalog. The images and words in the catalog may be typical for what is being sold however I am a VERY conserative housewife and buy things to share in my marraige and the catalog was offensive and I wasnt even sure how to dispose if it so as not to allow anyone else in my home to stumble upon it.
The catalog is the only reason I would not send friends to buy from you- I know they would be very offended by the catalogs...so for now I have to keep it a secret

Quick, Easy, Discreet
I've used Passion 8 on a number of occasions and found them to be very helpful. They have an easy to use website, reasonable prices, are capable of prompt delivery in discreet packaging and I've never had to return anything (but could have done easily if necessary). When I had a PC problem I found them to be extremely good on the phone, being very easy to speak to.
I will be using them again and would recommend them to anyone, especially a first time user.

Hi there,
This was a very good online shopping experience. Easy, with loads of interesting and quality items to choose from. I would have liked there to have been more reviews of the individual items, but that's how it goes, if no one writes in. I do find this aspect useful if there are reviews though. Posting and delivery were prompt and the parcel arrived home before I did.(was away on business) My partner is still away on business and he is excited to 'get going' with the new toys.They look good. If, I had one 'complaint' it was just that the 3 for 2 discount was not applied as advertised in the category in which I ordered my items, so I paid for all three items ordered!!

Staff were unable to tell whether stock was in or not
We were waiting since november 2011 for a product which never arrived. Twice we were apparantly upgraded to a product we didn't want, as we had mixed messages of wether our chosen product was in stock or not.

When placing your order the website showed the item was out of stock - but you could still order - as we were still having difficulty obtaining the item we upgraded you, but sadly out best intentions did not have the desired result.

It was disappointing purchase.
My recent purchase really disappointed me. It was not as i expected. It was too small and joking also. You do not put the dimensions of your product and some actual size photoson your website . In additions, no previous customers' reviews are there in your website. So my final decision was to return my product and refund my money.

Great kit, great service
One of the major mail order problems is out of stock and follow on orders. Being Christmas, I did expect this. But Passion8 kept me in the loop. And I will be presenting the stunning suspender belt this evening! Sort of extends Christmas really. They also managed to re-jig the sizing beofre delivery after a panic e mail from me - personal service maybe an old fashioned cocept, but you manage it in spades. Thanks.

Positively Surprised
I only thought I'd give it a go and see to what level the disappointment can get. I was looking online and found the website by mistake, and to most of the advertised products, I was thinking to myself, none will be as they describe them, like most of those products and their sellers, this is just to trick customers into purchasing. But thankfully, my curiosity overcame my wisedom, and I placed an order for different items. The delivery was so quick, the packaging and look of all items was even better than displayed on the website, and finally, the big surprise was: they did exactly what they promised. I think now I should call my wisdom back to take control, for a different reason: I don't want to become hooked on shopping on Passion8! lol. Wish me luck, rarely happens with good stuff ;)

Fast delivery but more attention to detail required
Ordered 3 items, all came together and within a couple of days, and were discretely packaged. 1 item however was a different colour to that shown on the website, and 1 item was the wrong item completely, although as it looked quite good we decided to keep it anyway. A word of warning, if you buy seperate batteries for your items ensure you get the correct ones, the website and the items themselves state L1130 when they actually require L1154. Lucky I didn't buy them in advance!

We do offer a 90 days returns policy so if there is anything you are unhappy with, we'd be happy to accept it back.

I placed my order for the Fleshlight in the last week of December and the expected delivery time said, 3 to 5 days, even though it was still qite a busy period for the postal services it arrived in just three.
The packaging was in perfect condition, descrete and even better was the contents. A sealed, almost clinicle packet inside the box kept my purchase sterile and in perfect condition.
I used it as soon as I had the time to myself and was I surprised how real this thing felt. I will continue to use my purchase for a very long time, my advice to anyone thinking of buying one is -: dont waste time thinking this will be the best sex toy you will ever spoil yourself with. Watch the tips on how to use it on youtube and follow them, I did it was as close to the real feel as you will ever get.

Great Service and good prices
This is the second time I have used your store and once again the dis[atch was almost instant and tracking in the uk was great. I live overseas though and as the postal service here can be unreliable the one improvement I would suggest is that you offer Airsure as a delivery option.

The site is fantastic with a huge selection of well-priced merchandise to suit all tastes!
Items arrived very well packaged and really quickly which was a bonus as my wife was gagging to use the Lelo Mona...and the name is the correct description!
All I can say is that next time she gets down with her 'Mona' I will use my snorkel and mask for protection!
5* for site, choice, pricing (Mona was 10 quid cheaper than Lovehoney!) and of course, the consequence! Perhaps Lelo should put a disclaimer against redecoration costs on the packaging hahahaha!
