company order policy
Pauls Hair world should not be taking orders for stock they dont have,although there stock level showed in stock in infact wasnt, a £135.00 of my daughters money took 5 days to go back into our account, you cant imagine the hassel?.

Simply the best!
Paul's hair world deserve a 5 star rating and more, they offer a top quality service to their customers, as well as selling the best quality hair and beauty products for an excellent price, their products are affordable for everyone ad well as being excellent quality, delivery is quick and they offer some good honest advice and nothing is too much bother forthem. I have used their website for years after searching shops and online sites and being disappointed with the quality of hair extensions I had purchased, then I found paul's hair world and have used them ever since, I am often complimented on my hair, and that's thanks to paul's hair world, i have ordered hair extensions, lashes, tan, nails, hair pieces, the list is endless they have a huge range of affordable hair and beauty products, once you visit their site, you won't go anywhere else, seriously you will not be dissapointed. The site is well laid out and is easy for anyone to use, so don't delay, check out paul's hair world now, and you will see for yourself what I mean! Pauls Hair World is the only place I go for anything for my hair, not just hair extensions but accesories from bun rings to eyelashes too. All the staff are so helpful and always take the time to make sure I get exactly what I was looking for but without pushing me to buy things I dont need. I always feel like I have the best possible products and for a good price too. I would never go anywhere else other than Pauls Hair World and would recommend it to anyone, all of my friends are also huge fans! The £100 prize would help me get some fabulous new extensions for my holiday and new job so I can make the right impression!

I only go to pauls hair world for my extensionos, the staffthere are brilliant, i was in there last week with one girl who spent half hr trying to match my blonde hair to its multiple shades just perfect, and she got it spot on, i was so happy for the help and the result was fab! i didnt catch her name but hopes she sees this to say a big thanks!!! now i know my colours i can order online, for fast delivery and excellent service as always xxx

Top service
I have bought several sets of extensions through the website and delivery has always been very prompt, I have also received advice from staff on their facebook page and over the telephone. I think the company is absolutely fabulous and always pass on their details to friends.
They have a fab range of products and the hair quality is fab, I've had help with choosing the right hair to suit both colour and texture, wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

Amazing quality hair at low prices
The hair I ordered was not it stock so they sent the next size up, it came within one day. I was so delighted with getting the next size up and the hair is so silky and after being glued into my har for 2 weeks is still in great condition. I think Pauls hair world is amazing and I will definitely be ordering more hair for them in the future.

Fantastic products and service!
Stock the best hair- keep going back and forth to this company as i can never find better quality hair anywhere else! Staff who work there are so nice and helpful and the online help is also great!

Pauls Hair-World is Awesome on Toast!!!
Amazing! I always buy my hair pieces from here - I am a dancer and I often need pony tail pieces. The quality is brilliant and and its the only place I can get hair to match my colour at a reasonable price!!!
Plus you do false eye lashes and glue!!!! Brilliant!!!

The staff are friendly and informative, they have great ranges, and are alwasy listening to customer feedback on what new stock to get in.

Excellent quality - all I receive is good feedback from clients
Since getting my qualification to become a hair extension technician I was given a list of reliable suppliers by the company which I trained with, pauls hair world being one of them, which happened to be the first batch of hair I ordered online. The hair quality was amazing when I received it in comparison to hair I had seen in shops from local suppliers to my area. The client who I installed the hair contacted me after 2 months for a maintenance appointment and explained when I attended that it had kept in the same state as it was when I first put it in for her. She said it had kept its condition and had not gained split ends like other hair she had used previously. Because of this pauls hair world has stayed one of my main suppliers as all I receive is good feedback from customers.

Pauls Hair World is my number one hair exstentions place I get mine from. I've had nothing but amazing customer service with this company. Everytime I change my hair the exstentions I get are always perfectly matched and really great quality. If you have a problem with one of their products or just enquiring about any they always help you and make sure you are satisfied. I don't think twice going elsewhere, love this place!

Helpful & Honest staff
I have always found the staff very helpful in the 2 Manchester stores. They give good, honest advice in helping you decide which product is best suited for you (and they don't necessarily recommend the priciest!!) The staff are willing to find the perfect match for your hair and the products they sell are always great quality. I won't ever shop anywhere else for hair and would definitely recommend others to shop here.

Number one place to go for hair extensions
Brilliant Customer service and would never use anywhere else my number one place to go for my hair. Loads of choice even if your hair is thin or thick the range they offer is perfect and at affordable prices. Easy to get a exchange if the hair is incorrect. My hair extensions are always a good match for my thick hair and can last me 12 months too which is great :) Also love the discount codes they do on facebook ...everyone loves a discount :) Easy to ask them questions on twitter and facebook and always give good advice.

An inspiration to hair!
A huge selection of products to chose from that are not only eyecatching but of an unbelievably high quality. The prices are great and everything you need for this market is catered for. amazing hair, amazing service
I could go on all day about how anazing payls hair world is. The staff are there either on twitter, facebook or in the store whenever you need the. i have been getting my hair from the liverpool store since it opened, i have also ordered items from the internet before and if there have ever been problems they have been there with a smile on their faces. they have the best knowledge of hair i have know . with the salon next to the store its great to buy the hair and get them swwn in ect, im never away from the store, and thats because of a number of differnt reasons. but if anyone is wanting to get hair from the best place, go here

never a problem in over 6years
used pauls hair world when i ran a salon never had a problem with them helpfull staff always happy to help
i still take a 1hours drive over to them if i need the odd few things and i know my local salon order all there hair and products from them,
have recomenned to meny people in the past and will countiune to do so..

Phw are so helpful and have a great website with a god range of products that are in very appropriate categories (this really helps)
They also have really cool competitions on Facebook and i think good customer service is making your customers happy (im happy). if i had the money i would buy nearly everything on the site !

High Quality Hair
Always high quality hair extension, curl, straighten. blowdry after washing & dont go nasty n frizzy like lots from Ebay do immediately.
The sew on clips could be better priced though £1 each is abit steep when can get packs of 50 for a little over a £5 needs to be more competitive on these as well as the hair.

i have been buying my hair from your shop for the past 8 years i have never had any problems and have my hair weaved in for up to 8 weeks at a time! i currently use style icon but also like universal for when the bank balance is low.i have recommended your site to family and friends and will carrying on doing so for many years to come.Friendly staff and excellent customer service! keep up the good work ;-)

Delivery is slow
This company is terrible. I ordered my hair extensions over a week ago and still no hair extensions. They delivery charge is ridiculous £5.99; I thought it would come in a few days. I rang them to see where my package was, they informed it had been dispatched, but could take up to 15 days for delivery. I found this company to be rude and unhelpful, it’s not to hard to sent off a package. I heard a lot of good things about this company, won’t be buying off them again if they can’t fulfil orders.

I use Pauls-hair-world on a regular basis for my extensions, glue etc & overall I'm very satisfied. My order usually arrives within 48 hours & I will often receive a 10 or 20% off voucher for being a loyal customer. There has been just a couple of occasions where it has taken longer than usual for my hair to arrive or the wrong colour sent but there has been no probs returning. :-)

Spread the word....Pauls hair world is crap
Please do not bother with this website, like many people have said, they are slow, rude and not worth the inconvienace! To top it all off they are liars who will tell you your order has been dispatched when it hasn't just to shut you up. The customer service is some of the worst ive recieved, these people do not care! £5.99 delivery charge is completely unjustified and they can't even fufil orders properly. I am someone who never leaves reviews on anything so the fact that i felt i needed to on this company says alot!
