Good website, bad sales people & overpriced products
Good website, but sales people in their shops are really bad and rude. Very unhelpful. I shopped with them for years, putting up with the awful staff until I found the same products with other people at half the price

i have been ordering my hair for the past year from pauls hair world and they are fast on delivery next day normally never had a problem with my hair and i've just gone long and and the i ordered was a great price too will always have my hair from here you can't go wrong

Very quick delivery
This is the only place where I could find the product I wanted, so after much searching I gave them my order. I'm glad I did, the goods came very quickly, in first class condition. I'd certainly use them again.

I usually go into the Manchester Shop, but didn't have time last weekend.

Excellent Quality
Very fast delivery. The extensions ordered were for my daughter, not only were they very reasonably priced, she was over the moon with them and they do look great! I have several friends who are going to place orders now because of the quality and price.

Pauls Hair World clip in extensions
Very happy with my order and service from Pauls hair world. I ordered a colour ring to make sure I got my perfect hair colour match which came the next day. The clip in extensions arrived a week after my order was placed, I had emailed after a few days to ask when they would be delivered and my email was answered quickly. The remi goddess extensions matched my hair really well, I have quite fine hair so I was a little worried that they might look unnatural which they don't. I wasn't too keen on the wave of the extensions however they blowdry well into a more natural curl. I also ordered them in a longer length so I could get them cut into layers that would look more natural. Really happy with the quality and service and I would definitely order again so have given 5 stars.

A nightmare never again.
I had a bad experience with my first order from this site and promised myself I would never buy from them again. Found a site called hair extension online and it was ok but when I checked my bank statement it was the same company PAULS hair world so I decided to try them again cos the prices are good but again they too my money from the bank then cancelled my order and it took 4 working days for the money to go back in my bank. I know I should have learnt then but I could not afford to spend alot of money so I tried hair extention online again. I ordered 16 Inc extension on Monday still didn't received them today so I rang only to be told that they didn't have the 16inc I ordered. And if I would like 14inc even tho they claimed to have dispatch my order today ha. I have learn my lesson now and will never buy from PAULS hair world or hair extension online which is the same company again. And would tell anyone would is thinking of buying from them to be very careful as they are cheap but very unreliable and untrustworthy.

My last purchase from Paul's Hair World arrived the next day, so was impressed with that. However, I submitted an enquiry on their site about another product I was interested in buying and nobody bothered to reply, which is not very clever considering I won't be buying a product unless my enquiry is answered. I notice on here that alot of people have had problems getting a response.

Poor customer service, ok products
The products are ok (some of them very good, some not what you would expect), but the customer service is not good at all. One of my orders got cancelled for no reason, and when I wrote to ask why I never got an answer.

Great hair quick service
I love Pauls Hair world, always quick delivery and never had any problems at all.

poor service, slow delivery and clip in hair that wont stay in place
I have worn hair extensions for the past two years but this is the first and last time I will be obtaining them from this website. I ordered the 20inch clip in hair extensions choc brown with honey blonde highlights £90 on a weds dinnertime and paid £6 delivery. I expected to receive the hair pretty quick as in the past I have bought my hair from halohairextensions.com and if ordered before 4pm they arrive the following day with free postage.However with pauls hair world that is not the case... My hair still hadn't arrived by the Friday so I rang pauls hair world and was told by a rather snotty employee that my hair had been dispatched on the Thursday so could take up to 5 days with royal mail. I finally received my hair on the following Tuesday almost a week after paying for them and according to the postage stamp they had only been dispatched on Monday so I was basically lied to on the phone just to shut me up it would appear. Then the hair was much lighter than it appeared on-line and noway was there any hint of chocolate brown it was dark blonde so I had to dye the hair and also sew new clips on as the ones that were on the extensions were next to useless... the extensions just kept falling out. I will never buy hair from pauls hair world again and would warn others to avoid this site like the plague. I would highly recommend halohairextensions.com though it has high quality hair for a very reasonable price and extremely fast delivery with free postage and packing.

VERY BAD SERVICE
My experience with this company was very bad i recieved the package with half of the contents missing.
I couldnt be bothered with the long process of returning it and waiting for them to send it again so i just counted my loses as they say.
i put one star because i had to enter something.
I wont be using them again.

OK, but not excellent
Never used this company before, but had bought this product (Hot Hair 26" Glam ponytail) from somewhere else before so knew the product. It took over a week to arrive, which was OK because I wasn't in a hurry but I was expecting it to arrive sooner. Also, the colour of the ponytail was a lot blonder than I'd expected. From the picture on the website the one I went for looked as if it was a mix of blonde and brown, but when it arrived it was totally blonde. It's not a disaster and I'll probably still wear it, but I was put off returning it because Paul's-Hair-World mentions when you buy stuff from them that they charge you 10% of the purchase price as an admin fee to deal with refunds. I'm not even sure this is legal as per our consumer rights, but I simply couldn't be bothered with the faff of returning the thing. In short, good price, good quality item (although not sure it really matched the one in the picture) and slow delivery. I would use them again, but only if I had already seen what I wanted 'in the flesh', as it were, so I could confirm the colour, and if I wasn't in a hurry. That's why I only give them three stars.

Not enough hair!
I have used Remi Silky Hair in 18 inches in the past and loved it.. However I have found that there is not enough hair in the pack. Unfortunately this has affected the look of my weave which is why I rate this product 3 stars. On the whole I love the quality of the hair and it lasts a good length of time, if there was more hair that came in the pack for a weave then I would have no hesistation in rating this product 5 stars!

Dreadful
I ordered some cream, later on get an e mail to say the creams are out of stock and call to discuss an alternative. Why couldn't the website say the cream was out of stock at the point of sale? Would not touch them again with a bargepole

I have used Pauls hair world for many many years now, got a great service going into the shop and now they are online - it's made my life much easier!! They have an extensive range of products, and the girls in the shop know what they are talking about!! Deliveries are sent out promptly, and returns are no hasstle too!!

I ordered my instant weave on Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday so i was very pleased. I'd never bought from the company before nor had i ever heard of it and i was a bit skeptical about ordering on the net but my salon had no instant weaves i liked so i took a chance....I wasnt disappointed. Bad - lost my hair in the post - would never purchase from them again
I purchased my hair in two different lengths, delivery was quick but i recieved two packets of the same length hair (not what i wanted) I was told to return the parcel with a note explaining what i wanted.
After investigation I found out that the whole company was out of stock with the hair i wanted, they told me that I would have to wait until it was in stock. After this I requested a refund. As i sent the package over a week ago i thought that I would have recieved my refund by now. I have had to phone everyday to find out the progress of my refund only to be greeted with unhelpful staff.
Upon phoning again I have been told that they do not have my parcel and that royal mail must have lost it. If they had of told me that the hair was out of stock on the wesbite I wouldn't be faced witht he prospect of losing out on a large amount of money. NEVER AGAIN.

Not Great
I ordered real hair extensions with clips already attached. The hair is good quality but the clips are absolutely rubbish! They don't grip hair at all and just fall out constantly. Now I am having to go and buy different clips and re-sew them on myself. I have used hair extensions for years and never had any problems with the clips at all. Not impressed.

I LOVE MY JESSICA SIMPSON HAIR !
Pauls Hair is very good one of the best websites i've come across so far , if you buy the clip in hair extensions your package normally comes very quickly however i buy the jessica simpson ones and they take a week which is really annoying so you have to make sure you place your order a week before you know you want them . however I am addicted to Clip in hair Extensions ! i used to have extensions put in , i've tried synthetic hair and real hair by top hair salons in london but i've found they pull your hair out over time and are really expensive ! i've tried many different makes of clip in hair extensions and Pauls hair are the best i've found so far , i used to put the individual rows of clips in but now i wear the hair piece by Jessica simpson which is AMAZING ! it's so simple and looks very natural , so basically its worth waiting for them !

Gone downhill lately but good overall
I have bought hair extensions from Pauls Hair world for years- the hair is always good quality, but i have had some issues lately and received the wrong length and more recently, twice i ordered the large bottle of liquid gold and was sent the small bottle. They always quick to right their wrongs but its frustrating to have to continually complain to get the order right!
Oh- and i think they charge too much for delivery!

Ordered Remy Fusion sensationnel goddes stick tipped hair extensions (6 packs) on the 27 June - still not arrived and its the 11 July..!!! Called Pauls Hair World on the 8th July and was being posted first class... but as its the 11th July - where are they its taken 15 days already and still not arrived... no communication to say any delay... bad service...

"After searching the internet, for a blonde parting piece, i discovered, Pauls Hair World, who thankfully, had exactly what i was looking for, in 2 different types of designs, so I went for both, although i didnt need 2, ha ! i just want to get a natural look to my parting, I colour matched through the chart of loads provided, as much as i could, alas, 1 of my choices, was not in stock, but Pauls Hair World, sent me an emmediate e-mail, letting me know this, I wasnt quick going on my e-mails, but when i did see this, i telephoned them, and we disgussed, an alternative, and that was posted to me, that day, I recieved it the very next day, and I was so, so impressed with the workmanship, they are handmade, (you can have a choice of machine, or handmade), the naturalness, of a real parting, is second to none, its incredable!, I cant wait to have it put in, as although, it came with clips, i am having it sewn in, with the rest of my weave, and i know my confidence, will go up, and i will feel, a million dollers, and i am so grateful for Pauls Hair World for stocking such professional, natural looking stock. only one weave was sent and a full head had been ordered i rang pauls world and they got the rest of the weaves out the very next day very good mistakes can happen its how you retreive them that matters.very pleased
