Fed up when I get told the item is out of stock next day,why cant it just say..not in stock..when you click buy?

great value for money
always easy to buy off the internet, and fast delivery i don'gt shop any where else for my hair acessories or beauty products as this is simply just cheap

very good service
Purchased hair in Liverpool for my daughter, however when I got back to Jersey it was the wrong colour. Called the office and was advised by a member of staff to send it back and they would send me vouchers. These arrived within the week. Staff very helpful.

best hair i've had - where's the option for express delivery?
By far, best value hair ive bought. Great quality, and finding 22" seems to be really tough which is why i tried you guys on a recommendation from a friend.
My only gripe is the delivery - i would have happily paid an extra £5 - £10 for a next day or express delivery as i ordered my hair thursday night and got it the following wednesday - you don't seem to have an option to do this?

It pains me to give them any stars, truly awful company
Avoid at all cost, they are a bunch of crooks, just out to take your money and avoid refunds at all cost.
I am amazed they are still trading, you have been warned

You returned hair back directly to our supplier without contacting us first. The supplier responded to you stating that the hair had been tested and no fault was found.
The following is the response recieved from the company.
Further to our recent quality control complaint recieved from Viviene Pryce. We have processed the claim made on our product and have found that the returned sample meets our manufacturing standard and can confirm that the product supplied was 100% Human Hair.
Thorough tests have been carried out on the sample returned which include the use of a naked flame to test the hairs reaction to extreme temperatures. As a result of these , we found there to be no evidence of the hair burning or melting in a way that would suggest the hair contained synthetic fibres. A bleaching test was also conducted and confirmed that there were no synthetic fibres mixed with the sample, as synthetic fibre would not react to such chemicals. Please find enclosed samples of the hair we tested to show the different results when subjected to extreme temperatures.
With this in mind, we find no fault with the sample provided and shall not be offering a refund on this occasion.
We have offered to return the hair and samples to our customer so she can see the results for herself but she has refused.
