Its a good site, plenty of choice at the right price. Delivery was within 48hrs, on a moffit forklift as requested. There was a problem with a black fossilization in the sandstone. Paving superstore intervened on my behalf and the paving that had it, was replaced.

Great service and product
It was so easy! I ordered online, the website was very clear...The products were much more reasonable than on other sites and yet when it arrived the quality was not compromised.
Delivery was swift and the driver could not do more to help.
My landscaper commented on the quality of the product and the lack of broken or unusable slabs.
Every step of the way was superb and I'd defintely use Paving Superstore for my next garden project.

Very helpful and a good price
Sorted out our order quickly and arranged delivery to suit us. All worked perfectly.
Easy to get in contact and speak to someone (the delivery truck had a bit of an accident down the road so we needed to give details to the third party).
All in all very satisfied and would recommend!

Good service, fast delivery but delivery drivers were clueless and the colour of the paving did not match the image on the site.
The customer service people were very helpful and efficient. The delivery driver was not. I the end my husband ended up having to take the pallet off and organise the lifting after the paving slabs had been placed at the furthest point from the door behind many other deliveries. The colour of the slabs is much pinker than on the website which is disappointing but can not afford to send them back.

Excellent quality paving, promptly delivered and at a reasonable price.
Got the paving slabs that we were looking for online and delivered to our drive. Couldn't find any similar slabs locally for a better price. There were no breakages apart from the odd corner. Would thoroughly recommend these suppliers.

We are always concerned when we have less than perfect reviews, so I have looked into this. From investigation it seems the delivery company contacted you to advise that their vehicle had broken down. They spoke to your wife to offer a special Saturday delivery - but were advised by her that this was not convenient. The delivery was then arranged for the next convenient day for you - which was the Monday.
Apologies if you were inconvenienced - but unfortunately vehicle breakdowns cannot be seen in advance, and the vast majority of delivery go ahead on the agreed days without a hitch.
We do hope you use us again in the future

Delivery a Disaster Darling
Service all great until delivery came on a tail lift with a pallet truck load weighing 2 ton 1 small driver and me had to call for 3 more people just to move truck damaged 1 water lid and 1 bt lid.

Excellent service,excellent product and would recommend
I ordered the Pavestone riven sandstone mixed size pack (rippon).I am extremely happy with this service from start to finish. I needed a rapid delivery date and the staff assisted and achieved the requested date.
On delivery the 3 creates (3 x 20.7m) were well packed and in good condition.Upon unloading and carrying the slabs round to the garden i only found one slab with a corner missing which i felt was really good considering the journey distance and time the slabs had come from.
My builder also commented that they were the best sandstone slabs he's ever laid.I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to order in the future.I will definatly use again.

paving superstore exceeded my expectations and got my order to me next day.
I had to have pavers the next day as team of workers were leaving at the end of the day and Paving superstore went out of their way to get them to me keeping me informed as to progress of the delivery. excellent service!!!

Fast and Friendly
Seen these guys on the web , rang em up and asked about a circle kit.Very impressed , ordered it over the phone and couple of days later phoned again and ordered one more.I think they are very reasonably priced.Delivery was very fast and I was updated by phone every step of the way on how my order was going . On the day of delivery phoned me again and turned up outside my house bang on time. Great stuff would deff recommend and buy again if needed.

Exceeded my expectations.
An excellent service. The quality of the natural stones is very high and makes the property look nice and outstanding. Neighbors fell in love with the area in front of the house covered with those slabs. The improvement added value to the property. The price was good in comparison to prices for similar slabs.

Reasonably efficient.
Lead time to delivery was not quick. Driver was not particularly savvy when it came to unloading. With a bit of help it worked out.

Our standard delivery is by tail lift using a pump truck, and is normally carried out by the driver unaided. If you required it delivered another way - for example crane offload, again we can offer this as an option.

These 'sleepers' have certainly woken up my outdoor space!
I know it can be a risky business buying off the internet but you can be 100% confident buying from the Paving Superstore - I cannot speak highly enough of them. The ordering, payment and delivery were all swift. The 'sleepers' I purchased look exactly like the real thing-the advantages being that they are not as slippy as wooden ones when wet and of course won't rot!

The easiest and cheapest way to purchase good quality stone!
I needed a large quantity of stone to lay a patio in my garden. The Paving Superstore website was invaluable for helping me decide what type of stone and colour would look best. I ordered a large mixed size paving pack and a diamond circle with squaring kit in Sandstone Classicstone 'Lakeland'. The delivery was pre-arranged by phone call from the company and it arrived on the arranged day. Out of all the stone I ordered only one piece was broken and piece had been cut upside down, in the paving pack, which was of no consequence as I had ordered slightly more stone than I needed to allow for any breakages. I did not contact the company about these 2 pieces of stone so they did not have the opportunity to respond about them, but in my previous dealings with them during the ordering and delivery process I have no reason whatever to think that their response would have been less than helpful. I only wish I had an even bigger garden, because it looks so beautiful I would buy some more from them! It was so much cheaper to buy than other online companies I looked at and was so much easier to order than visiting a builders merchant. I am a very happy customer

Excellent customer service !!
If you want the widest choice of stone, a good price, efficient service and prompt delivery, look no further than paving superstore. Sheree in particular in customer services is excellent - I don't know how much she is paid, but she deserves a bonus!! Only real problem is delivery - in my case, 2,500 kg of sandstone arrived in an ordinary delivery lorry - all that the driver had to offload the load was a small hand pump truck. Even with two of us, he pulling and me pushing it was a huge struggle to offload the stone. if I hadn't been able to help, he would have had to return to the depot. This needs to be sorted!

Great paving slabs, but delivery not great
The haulier delivering the slabs had issue as the pallet of slabs weighed more then the tail lift could handle.
As a result they didn't deliver on the correct day, and when they did deliver, the driver was reluctant to make the drop.
As a result I had to get on the vehicle and hand ball the slabs off, to a point where the tail lift would take the remainder.
Surely Paving Superstore should use hauliers that can provide the correct service.
