Helpful efficient good value vendor
Paving Superstore provided the stone for my garden and I found them to be extremely helpful and efficient in responding to my queries. Having searched the internet I also found their prices to be second to none. Delivery was made within a few days, even though it was nearly Christmas. Overall I was very impressed and would thoroughly recommend them.

the person i placed the order with was very friendly, i required extra slabs they phoned me back with price which was very competitive and delivery options i placed the order, within a couple of days delivery company phoned and gave options for delivery times. the slabs were delivered well packaged and of good quality

the best customer service from an online company i have received
I was keen to purchase a paving pack from Paving Superstore as they were the best value, however i found out the set i wanted was out of stock with their supplier. I was working to a tight deadline, and the lady who i spoke with at the company called around suppliers, and found me a better quality pack for the same price.
The level of communication and quality of service was exceptional, and the price was also the best I could find online.
I would recomend them to anyone based on this experience, and have passed on their details already.

Great service, great price, rapid delivery.
Ordered some Borderstone Sandstone paving from Paving Superstore. I'm very happy with my purchase and I saved a packet! They gave me a great price, and the order turned up exactly as arranged. I have laid the stones in my garden and they look great. Big success.

Painless transaction and delivery
It couldn't have been easier to order and pay online. I was telephoned to book a delivery date of my choice. I did have to telephone the transport company on the morning of the delivery to ascertain the likely time but they were bang on time!

Efficient, friendly service, cheapest prices and delivery on time
After disappointing service from a local supplier causing wasted hours of workforce , ordered online to ensure project completed on time. Friendly telephone support and constant updating of order progress and location are hard to beat. Delivery arrived when specified and order was £300 cheaper than local supplier.

Product good, delivery poor!
Having been told to expect a "9-5" delivery, the lorry didn't arrive until 6:45pm! The driver was due to call to advise approximate time but hadn't called by 5 so I rang the delivery company to be told he was still "over an hour away!". When he did arrive, it was 1 guy in a tail-lift lorry trying to man-handle a pallet of 40+ slabs with a pallet truck. He could barely move the load & struggled to just get it off the lorry & off the pavement onto the drive!

We will raise your issues regarding delivery time with our courier company, however the delivery method is our standard service as shown on our website FAQs and as part of the terms that you agreed to when ordering. We do not usually encounter any difficulties with this method when goods are delivered to kerbside, although the driver may have struggled in getting the goods onto your driveway which is beyond the usual service offered.

Don't look any further than Paving Superstore
We were so thoroughly pleased with our purchase of paving slabs from Paving Superstore. Not only were they exactly what we wanted but we brought them on one of Paving Superstore special offers so they were inexpensive and a very good quality. We didn't get any breakages they were packed very professionally and the driver who delivered them even brought them to our gate which was quite a way from the roadside. Will definitely use them again.

hard to communicate
We had a hard time getting answers when we asked questions. The order took several days to complete. Never was notified that the shipment was picked up or that the payment went through. Never received an invoice. Not sure if the order is correct or if the shipment will arrive in a timely manner. So far it is one week late but not sure whose fault that is. I will not have any option on the workmanship or quality of items until they arrive. Not a bad experience, just a little complicated.

I was very pleased with this purchase, very high quality paving slabs at attractive price.
Very quick delivery, with a pleasant and helpful driver.
Slabs were well packed in a single crate, (1 Tonne) but all slabs are visible, so easily checked for breakages, without unpacking, a good idea!
Overall I am delighted with Paving Superstore, and will use again if I have the need.

fantastic bar dilevery
Good prices, great products, amazing staff!
(Sheree was the most helpful person we have ever encountered during our 5.5 years of trading)
My only issue was the courier let them down badly. He unloaded 2 of the 4 crates and left them in front of the towing hitch of my trailer forcing me to spend time and money (£180.00) to hire machinery to move them out of the way so we could carry on with the job!
Two members of our team where on site but rather than finding us he went to the neighbour for a signature.
Will order from Sheree at paving superstore again but will insist they use a different courier!
When I get the time during office hours I shall raise the matter of the delivery with paving superstore but I feel confident that they will reimburse the monies spent on hire as this will be covered by the delivery company.

Poor Delivery Service
After placing my first order I phoned to check when the delivery date would be and I was ensured that it would be Friday. On Friday the delivery people phoned me to tell me they would be delivering Monday!
I know you are supposed to not plan anything before you have the slabs but as they expect someone on site for the delivery that is not possible and this caused me issues.

Helpful staff, goods arrived when advised.
Telephone staff helpful. Goods arrived when advised they would although I did wonder about the quality as was covered in a thick layer of dirt and grim. However, slabs stood outside in the rain and the colour of the slabs has changed to those expected and advertised on the website.

excellent customer service
I was very impressed by the paving store's customer service.. however the paving was supposed to be delivered the next day (which we paid extra for) somehow the delivery wasn't made to them which meant a delay in it getting to us. When the driver called to say it was being delivered on Monday and not Friday he was very dismissive and a kind of 'i dont care' attitude. On the other hand, when speaking to the actual company, they were very communicative and told me exactly what was going on and went out of their way to correct their mistake. (meaning our paving was delivered on the saturday!). So when dealing with the company i was impressed, just not impressed with the delivery time and the driver!

Service and price as solid as the product
This was my first order with Paving Superstore and I realy can not fault them in any way. Excellent service and a wide choice of products with good prices. I recently purchased a natural paving sandstone circle kit and a mixed patio pack. Ordering was very simple and straight forward. Delivery was made on time with no problems.
