Payplan are the best of the best of the best
we were jogging along nicely till Mr recession struck, being self employed work just dried up overnight, people were not spending any money because of the crunch. I used to hide when the phone rang, joining payplan put a stop to the incessant phone calls, and people telling me that I should run my life better. At least now I sleep at night

Excellent Company
I've been with Payplan a few years now and they have been such a help. Stopped all the creditors letters and phonecalls. They've always been available to help with any problems. I only wish I'd gone with them sooner instead of struggling on and getting further in debt. Best of all they are Free so all you pay goes off your debts. Best debt managenent company around in my opinion.

True Hones Help With No Catch
If you are suffering issues of payment difficulties as most of us are and they are getting out of hand then I suggest that you contact them, they offer a FREE yes FREE service with no strings. Who said that you do not get anything for nothing?

Ace Financial Life Savers
Payplan are absolutly the best / 100% the real deal . A few years ago I fell into the credit trap so I contacted the National Debtline who put me in touch with payplan. I initially went on a Debt Management Plan with them which at the time I thought this would be my best option and from the word go Payplan gave me full support and confidence as well as had all the contact with my creditors taking away all the worry for me, after 30 months I reviewed my options with the help of Payplan and I decided that an IVA was my better option which they helped me swap over to and again their support was absolutly faultless . At the time I was really depressed from the situation I was in but Thanks to Payplan I am much better now and I have since been made redundant 3 and a half years into it , they made an offer on my behalf from me and my creditors accepted a sum from my redundancy in full settlement. I am now just awaiting my certificate of completion . I would recommend Payplan to any one - They are the TOPS !!!!! Thank you Thank you Thank you Payplan !!!!!!

Payplan are extremely professional, efficient and best of all they're free.
We were swamped with debt 5 years ago when our local Citizens Advice Bureau recommended Payplan to us. We spoke to them and started our debt management plan, the relief was indescribable and the persistent telephone ringing and threatening letters stopped right away. Payplan have been heaven sent. We have never felt judged and they have always looked after our best interests. They have always been extremely helpful and sorted out all problems for us without delay. Payplan are extremely professional, efficient and the best of all is that this a free service which is amazing since other debt management plans charge fees which would further increase your debts.

Only care about creditors not me! Go elsewhere.
Didn't care when both my parents passed away, offered no financial advice and no financial help. My parents lodged with me and I no longer had their rent as part of my income.
Requested help with car repairs and was turned down, I didn't ask to reduce my payments I only asked if I could keep part of a bonus payment. Ended up living on cereals and cans of soup for four weeks while I tried to save the money to get my car back on the road.
I've never missed a payment and have made numerous bonus payments during my IVA.
I no longer contact them for advice or help. I just make my payments. When I'm finished I won't recommend them to anyone.

Payplan are a top notch debt management company
I had steadily got myself into £91K of unsecured debt over a period of 5 years. I was managing to keep to my monthly payments however the interest being charged meant that I would be paying the loans for about 40 years. I always guarded my credit rating carefully but decided that it was time to face reality. I didn't want to do and IVA or go bankrupt so DMP was my only option. Payplan immediately put my finances back on track and stopped almost all interest and charges. 4.5 years into the plan I have just update my arrangement and now I only owe £25K, still a large sum but I can see the end is getting nearer and nearer. It's been an expensive lesson and one never to be repeated, without Payplan I would have never got back on track. I cannot fault them in anyway, they have taken all the burden away from and are always available if I have any questions. They are a highly professional team and I have absolutely no reservations in recommending them to anyone.

Lifesavers
In August 2005 I was drowning in debt and wondering how to resolve my 4 debts, HBOS referred me to Payplan when I missed a minimum card payment.
Payplan were brilliant in setting up my DMP and it has run flawlessly since I made my first payment in Dec 2005 and its due to end in Dec 2012.
Setting up the DMP meant an end to the incessant & annoying calls from my creditors - I would recommend Payplan to anyone (and do so regularly on the MSE website !).

My lifeline!
I was drowning in debt 5 years ago when my bank mentioned Payplan to me.After speaking to them and starting my debt management plan the weight was lifted off my shoulders and I no longer dreaded the telephone ringing or the post being delivered.They have quite simply been my lifeline.I have never felt judged even when I have had to drop the amount I pay.They have been extremely helpful and always sorted out every problem for me.All this is a free service which I think is wonderful as other debt management plans can have fees to pay which would just make your situation worse.

Sorting out your debts
I find the service invaluble, understanding and non judgemental, I do however think that having the option to update balances yourself and actioning debt transfers would be better as it keeps clients more in control of their finances and taking ownship.
I hope they look in to doing this.
Thats the only thing I have to day, other than that keep up the good work you all do :)
