I ordered a monitor from you last week, the service was fast and the product seems great (although have to wait for my cable before I can actually see if it works, but that;s not PC Buy It's fault - awaiting ebay!) - I also spoke to simon ellis there who was really helpful and advised me on a cable to buy to connect my monitor to my laptop, which was really useful and very kind of him. great service all round! :)
My order was for two Dell monitors. The status changed to 'despatched' within less than 30 minutes of placing my order online and was delivered around lunchtime the following day. PCBuyIt kept me well informed by email when the order was despatched and the invoice also came by email a few minutes later.
The only thing missing was a courier tracking number to be able to track the delivery process but in my case the goods arrived on time so this was not an issue for me.
Just bough a Dell Ultrasharp U2412M
Ordered it, PCBuyIT dispatched it, it arrived the following day. I set it up, it works perfectly. Only one small niggle. Postage was listed as free on this item but I had to pay £4. Not a deal breaker and otherwise no complaints. Would use PCbuyIT again.
I bought the U2412M as a second monitor for graphics and photographic work. The factory presets are pretty good, images are sharp and clear and whilst the colour gamut is slightly limited, the grayscale is very impressive with lots of detail across the full range. It costs slightly more than other monitors (that on paper) offer similar specs but the quality of the output more than justifies the extra cost. Very pleased with this purchase.
Ordered a Dell u2413 one day at about 4.45pm and it arrived the next day at about 10am - very impressive. The monitor works well and I would recommend it to anyone interested in photo processing. Spoke to Simon at PCbuyit both before and after purchase and he was very helpful. Only drawback is that PCbuyit were dearer than Amazon (cheaper than Dell) but Amazon did not have it in stock. The only problem with Dell is that their Technical Service seems to be in India and fairly
clusless - just hope the monitor doesn't go wrong in the future! Good purchase and good service.

I had been looking for a good monitor to use for editing photographs, having read reviews about the Asus PA248Q, I started to look for the best possible price for the unit, after stumbling across their site PCBuyit offered the best possible price and delivery.
When researching for a particular 27" monitor PCBuyIT advertised the best price and their next working day delivery charge was perfectly reasonable (although it would have been even better if it was free!) As promised, it arrived early on the day specified and the whole experience was easy and stress free. Highly recommended, I will use them again.
Monitor £100 cheaper than Dell for the same revision number. Excellent monitor, speedy delivery, easy website. Overal a very good experience therefore I would use this site / Company again.
Ordered a Dell 24 inch ultra sharp monitor, PCBuyIT had the best price on the web and with free delivery it was a no brainier. it was delivered next day in perfect condition. I'm very happy with their service and very pleased with the monitor.
A week ago i received the 19103 and it was okay. The second came with no end covers or connections to the tube. We tried it out and it was not working.
Ordered Eizo monitor and Dell pc on a Saturday for delivery before 10.30am the following Tuesday.
Monitor arrived by courier at 9.20am Tues morning followed by PC in another van from same courier company at 9.35am ??
Anyway, no damage or dents to packaging, all items in pristine condition, all accessories and manuals included/nothing missing. Even got a keyboard and mouse thrown in which I wasnt expecting. Everything worked straight out of the box.
Would definitely recommend/use again.
My only headache is Windows 8 but thats another issue !
PCBuyIt was communicative and helpful, and there was always someone sensible available by phone. Alas, their carrier, TNT in this case, let them and me down. They did not deliver on the promised day, even though I had paid for next-day delivery. TNT said I could ask PCBuyIt to get the delivery charge refunded, as some small compensation for the day-and-a-half I had to wait in at home. I asked PCBuyIt to take this up but they never got back to me.
I ordered an Eizo monitor. It was delivered in time next day as they had promised, no damage or malfunction. Everything went smooth, though the package was received by our receptionist and not me, the deliver guy did not make any objections.
The only thing I mark as negative is that I clearly asked them to give me just a ring when they arrive, so I can go to the reception immediately to be able to sign. They did not ring, only the receptionist let me know that my monitor had arrived. But of course it is the service of the delivery company, not PCBuyit. Anyway, everything went smooth :)
I'm not actually speaking to a friend, but even so I am impressed at getting what I ordered (a top end Dell Monitor) very quickly and at the cheapest price I could find and with no added postage costs.
I placed an order for an item shown as in stock for delivery in a few days.
The next day the item showed up as dispatched.
Then i get a call to tell me that there was a delay and that the item may ship the next day or - worst case - the following day. whether that was ok. i confirmed it was ok.
The following day I get an email telling me that the vendor had delayed shipment (not sure that classifies as "items in stock") , and whether I wanted to back order until the end of the month or cancel the order for a refund.
I replied to go for the cancel and refund option.
No reply for more than a week. No "ok we got it and will/have processed your refund by..."
So I will have to give them a call tomorrow to make sure the message got through.
On the plus site there clearly was an effort made to get things right, but the follow through leaves room for improvement.
