Old style processor available
I was pleased to be able to source an old 478 socket processor, it was received (with high postage cost) rapidly and accurately. The processor is now in use for completing this survey, fully working and as specified.
It was very useful to have the full details available on the site to ensure correct purchase.

Fast ordering, fast delivery & well packaged
I needed a drive for an older model Dell PowerEdge and found exactly what I needed at a reasonable price from PCBuyIt. It was dispatched the same day and arrived soon after. RAID volume fully redundant once more!

Suspicious about these guys? Yes, I was too.
If you're here reading about PC Buy It, you were probably wondering how they had the lowest/some of the lowest prices around, yet such great feedback for a small and virtually unknown company. My situation was similar, for an IPS monitor, and I was stuck between them and one of their similar competitors. The latter had some seriously bad reviews (overall, 2/5) and so I wasn't sure if I could trust PC Buy It either. But sure enough, my monitor arrived brand new, the very next day, with numerous email updates reassuring me it was coming until it did. These guys really didn't mess about and as such, I would recommend them on the basis of this purchase. This is a genuine review from a genuine buyer, in no way affiliated with the company. I cannot find a single fault with the service I received from PC Buy It. They really do seem to be the real deal.

I have purchased from pcbuyit before and have always had first class service and delivery within 24 hours. Nothing I have bought has ever been faulty or needed to be returned so I can't comment on their aftersales service but they do offer a first class sales website.

Delivered what I ordered on time and at a good price.
I got the three EIZO monitors one day late because a mess up at courier end, but that gave me the chance to contact support. Good response and very helpful. Happy ending, my 3x 24” monitors are on my desk working fine.

Fantastic
Normally I use eBuyer but while searching the internet I found PCButIT. I had my reservations as I had never used this company before, but I phoned them up to check stock and spoke to someone instantly. They phoned me back within 15 minutes to confirm the stock level (I purchased five NEC monitors). I placed the order just before 3pm and they all arrived the following day before 12:30pm. In addition to that they were the cheapest I could find on the internet, and they also had the cheapest shipping. Shipping cost me £20.00 for over 50kg of weight, PCWorld Business wanted me to pay over £50.00 in shipping for delivery in 1 to 2 working days. I will definitely use this company again, their communications are excellent, they go out of their way to help, all in all a perfect buying experience.

I'm always wary of any internet retailers that I haven't used before, but I read plenty off good reviews of PCBuyIT so thought I'd give them a shot. Their no quibble dead pixel policy on the monitor I wanted is probably what swung it. I opted to buy it from them for about £15 more than a couple of other suppliers were offering it for, but it's worth £15 not to be messing around arguing how many dead pixels are acceptable on a £400 screen. Delivered the next day for free. Can't really beat that.

my new dell 2713hm monitor
just purchased this from pc buyit and I am delighted with it . not as big on the desktop as you would think so doesn't overpower. Best price on the internet too. quick delivery and kept up to date on when it would arrive.(within 24hrs)

excellent service from PCBuyit.com and a good product from Dell
I bought my previous Dell monitor from PCBuyit.com a few years ag, and was so impressed with their service (answering the odd question every now & again) that I bought a new replacement from them. The Dell 2413 is terrific, much better than the old 2407WFP (which wasn't that bad, to be honest, but by now was 7 years old).
I am very pleased with the new Dell 2413 and can't fault the service from PCBuyit.com

Great price. Next day delivery.
The price (for a high-end Eizo monitor) was the best of any reputable site. I took the option of next day timed delivery before 10:30am, as I has to be on the road by 11. Monitor arrived by TNT at 8am. A class act - will use again and would recommend to anyone.

Web page said "in stock". Item was NOT IN STOCK.
When I order from a web site that says an item is in stock, I do not expect to be contacted afterwards and be told that the item is NOT in stock.
In fairness, it would have been much worse if they had just let me hang, waiting for the item - at least they told me fairly soon. It sill wasted my time!

This is a great screen. Furthermore PCBuyIT's service, delivery and price were second to none. Indeed, not only was PCBuyIT's price cheaper than Amazon, delivery was inclusive (not so with Amazon) and what is more I want and intend to spend my money with a UK registered company like PCBuyIT that pays its taxes in the UK and NOT with Amazon which makes its millions trading in the UK but registers its company in Lux / Jersey to dodge paying the Corporation Taxes it rightfully owes HMRC and should be paying in this country. Thank you PCBuyIT for a first class service, I shall be purchasing from you again.

Have used before and would use again
My only concern was that there was no protective cover on the monitor when I unpacked it and there was the suggestion of a fingerprint on the screen so I don't know if this one had already been opened and used. Everything else looked fine but the fact that there is usually a cover taped onto the screen of brand new monitors and it was missing is a slight concern. But there would appear to be no issues with the monitor itself and I am happy with the service. I know they would exchange it if I asked them to.

Excellent customer service
Needed to purchase item in a hurry and this seller was one of the few places that stocked the item. I required to collect the item in person making a special trip, rather than have it sent out. My dealings with the customer services was excellent, E-mails and phone calls were replied to promptly and politely and I was given clear directions to the company's location. When I arrived the item was waiting for me and I was in and out with the minimum of fuss.
In all an extremely pleasant and smooth purchase and I wholeheartedly recommend PCBuyIT to everyone.

Incredible Price and Service
I ordered a Dell 30" U3014 monitor at about 15:00 one afternoon and it arrived by Fedex at 10:00 next morning. The price was the best at the time on-line and delivered free! Packaging was intact and adequate. So, I was very pleased and had it up and running within 20 hours of order.
Two small points: (1) I would have expected some sort of paperwork with the delivery (not essential, but I feel better with it) and (2) there was no UK guarantee. It would have been nice if there had been some instruction as to how to check on it. In the end, I went on the Dell web site(s) and through a very tortuous and unhelpful path I was able to register and determine that I had just short of a 3 year guarantee.
