VG service. Stated returns policy doesn't mention 15% charge. Should be clear.
The service was excellent. The monitor I purchased turned out not to be compatible with my computer so I had to return it. No problem with this but I was surprised to find that I was deemed to be a business customer and was therefore being charged 15%. This wasn't stated in the returns policy on the website. If it had known about it before I arranged the return I might have taken different action to upgrade the computer rather than lose the money.

This order was placed with company details, therefore unfortunately is not covered under distance selling regulations, where item has been ordered incorrectly, opened and used, it is then sold as a used item hence the 15% re-stocking fee is applied as we cannot sell it as a new item. In addition the product page clearly states Dual Link DVI is required for this monitor (27" 2560 x 1440 resolution), the customers PC only has VGA only so will not support any monitor above a 24" 1920 x 1200 resolution
