I ordered a Dell PC monitor in silver after being told via email that one would be available the following day even though the website stated 'Out of stock'. I was told the item would be delivered to me on Monday after they had received the product themselves on Friday morning and sent out the same day for delivery to me. Nothing arrived on the Monday, I contacted them and was then told they didn't have any in silver just black! I ordered silver not black and was told that one would be delivered, so overall not very impressed at all. Buyers beware!

This is correct, at the time of order our site showed the U2412M Silver as "Out of Stock", the customer called to ask if we had more stock and we did show 2pcs due from Dell Friday, with 1pc free that we offered for sale and sold. Unfortunately these arrived as Black from Dell. We then offered the Black model at the same price or a refund, as we cannot source this model in Silver at the moment. This is unfortunate but certainly not our normal service, but this situation can occur and we appreciate the frustration the customer may feel as a result
