I checked both in store and online about replacing my pc.. I hate to say this, but the staff had no knowledge about their products at all other than what was on the sales card. They were disinterested and clearly have had lousy customer service training as well as no technical training at all. In the end i was told that they don't sell gaming pc's...but TBH their products are so very overpriced and under powered so there was no way I would have bought anything in the end. More like I was asking a few technical questions and they were way out of their depth. I spent 18 years in retail, and prided myself on excelling at all the things they simply don't do right. Take my advice - don't even bother with PC World.
