Wrong order received also badly packed.
My last order was for 30gms of grey and 15gms of light brown.
I received 30gms of grey and 30gms of dark brown.
These items were badly packed in a filmsy jiffy bag with no invoice.

Thank you for your review, and I am very sorry to hear that there was a problem on this occasion with your order with us.
As you will know from having shopped with us for over 2 and a half years, this is the first problem there has been with your orders to France. If there is ever an issue with an order, I would urge you to drop me a line and we will always sort things out for you. I will contact you separately by email to sort out the incorrect item that you received last month.
We use Jiffy Bags for smaller items, such as the hair fibres, which are normally more than robust enough to protect these items, even when sent overseas to you in France. We no longer include invoices in parcels, as we send email confirmation of orders, and another email on dispatch, and customer feedback was that the invoice slips were redundant and generally thrown straight into the bin with the packaging.

Peak performance!
I would fully recommend peak nutrition to any customer thinking of buying from them. When I made my purchase customer service was excellent and the service was really fast and I got what I wanted very quickly. A very good company. Five stars.

Perfect Response!!
One of those occasions when you will gladly admit you were wrong! My first review was based on my experience as a first time buyer but, Peak Nutritions response to my criticsm has proved that they are a very, customer aware company that is prepared to go the extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction.
A genuine letter of explanation and replacement goods received all within 5 days!

I am very sorry that you received goods that were out of date - I can only offer my apologies for this and will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you immediately. Our warehouse has very strict stock rotation procedures, so I will be raising this with the warehouse manager as a matter of some urgency.

Our postage and packaging costs barely cover the combined costs of Royal Mail post (which has risen yet again this year) as well as the costs of the packaging material and labour - we really don't make money from P+P.

I am still waiting for my order, Thymuskin Gel. I ordered for quite sometimes now at least a month, and I still did not get the above. Instead you sent me the wrong item
which I did not order. I am very disappointed.

very nice to deal with, but payed for special delivery and it turned up a day late
the guy i spoke with was very nice, but i was slightly let down i had payed for next day delivery and the item did not turn up until the day after.

problem with phone number
just a quick comment-i tried 2 order some more cell food but my phone would not let me ring ur no.ive had this problem before-because i had limited acess 2 the internet i had 2 order of one ov ur compeditors!

2 weeks to get an item that was in stock
Placed an oredr for an item that was in stock. After 3 days I emailed to ask when I could expect the product to dispatched. I was advised - ASAP. So after another couple of days I replied asking how long is ASAP? I received a response advising hopefully within the next 24 hours. One week later I received the item. Not a great service in such a competitive market.

good products
I ahve changed my review 3 times, but have thought about and i think they deserve a 4 star rating as they resoponded within minutes to my email.
Peak nutrition sell a good range of natural products which i like.
I was originally quite annoyed with Peak nutrition as the nos on their web site are ether disconnected or not working. However i realise that they have moved all customer services on line.
i did wait for about 5 weeks for 1 order

We have a dedicated Support Desk which can be accessed from anywhere on our site (and which we detail on our order confirmations) as well as a dedicated customer service email that we always respond to within 24 hours. We also have a Sales telephone number, but we have purposely moved to online support as it gives the very best option for being able to deal effectively with any concerns, issues or questions that you may have.
