Clear and concise advice given over the phone when I rang, backed up with speedy email support. The guidance noted were well written in clear English, providing enough guidance without making be feel like an idiot. The payment system was easy to use (some online shopping requires an excessive degree if form/page completion). Bright friendly manner when I called. And quick response when my provided artwork wasn't quite up to specification, reducing potential delays to the printing.
After writing my first comment having ordered some free cards and less than happy with the expected turnaround time which was not displayed on the website, I received a call from the Business Dev Manager and I can honestly say I have not had this level of exceptional customer service for years! They took in my comments and reviewed the way the cards are marketed on the website and also redone the business cards to improve the logo quality as the copy I loaded did not print well.
The cards are de to arrive tomorrow and I cannot wait as the proofs look great! I look forward to doing more business here!
As these cards were free I took the advantage of this and ordered 125 of them, Good enough for what want them for ( all my Bowling Mates, Friends and Family).
Postage was OK at £2.99.
The service from Peanut Print was brilliant. When I worked through the website I moved too quickly and missed the section where I needed to upload my files. The customer support response was quick, efficient and flawless. Within 3 days I had all of my printing requirements exactly as I needed them.

We've used Peanut Print for a while now and wouldn't go anywhere else, we normally order online because it's quick and easy plus you get the online discount. I've had to call a couple of times to ask questions and the staff have always been really helpful (not always the case these days!), we get our leaflets, brochures and business cards from Peanut Print and the quality is excellent despite the cheap prices! Highly recommended!!!!
I ordered for same day at 9.55am 5 minutes before the deadline and job was ready for 3pm for pick up on the day it was a life saver as I needed it for delivery for 5pm
My machine couldn't cope with solids but job came back on time and was excellent.

I'm really chuffed at how quickly the leaflets arrived (especially compared to how long it takes from Vistaprint). They're looking good too. Most of all, though, I really appreciated the website which was easy to navigate and cheerful.
My only criticism: the white boxes on a white background made it really difficult to see where to enter my text.
I made a couple of mistakes when placing my order. The staff were very helpful in ensuring these were corrected and I got exactly what I expected. Excellent service and friendly staff
I ordered some letterheads last week, and was amazed that 2 days later i received them. I used one of the free design templates which saved my money on having one designed. Very impressed and have just ordered the matching business card.
With such a huge range of printers and range or prices it's difficult to know which printer to choose. I wanted business cards, stationery and compliment slips printing to my own designs and was given peanut print details. I was amazed with the speed of delivery, the quality and most importantly for me the price. I will definitely be using again. The other great thing is that you can have as few as 25 sheets of letterhead, as opposed to the minimum from some printers of 500!
I find Peanut Print so easy to deal with. The prices are good, the quality of the product is really good and the staff will try and do everything they can to help turn the job around to meet our deadlines.
The packaging has caused problems as we have had to tape up broken/split boxes or even re-package them entirely. If that could be sorted out it would be a really fantastic service.
