It took me a while to find some free business card designs for my new business. I was attracted to the designs at Peanut Print and it was easy to enter the details I wanted and place the order. The business cards came as described. I am really pleased with this initial trial of Peanut Print. I shall use Peanut Print again when my first batch runs out. Thank you.
I ordered the design of a flyer with 10,000 copies. The delivery date quoted to me when I placed the order was 5 working days. The design was done the following day and a new delivery date, making them 2 days ahead of schedule, was announced! I am one happy bunny, then. Also, they made no objection to any of the changes that I requested on seeing the first proof, including some text which I had not fully thought through before I placed the order.
I don't understand the shipping charge, though. I think I paid twice for express delivery. This is why I am rating them with 4 stars rather than with 5.
That said, I looked at a lot of design and printing companies before I chose Peanut Print so I can confirm that they are highly competitive on both price and service. I will be recommending them and continuing to use them myself.
Service was brilliant, as a charity we do not have the best resources to produce artwork. You were very patient and understanding checking our file to give us the confidence to go ahead. Every penny counts for us and the leaflets will help raise awareness in a very cost effective way.

They have got better and better with their communication and customer service... Clear and concise advice given over the phone when I rang, backed up with speedy email support. The guidance noted were well written in clear English, providing enough guidance without making be feel like an idiot. The payment system was easy to use (some online shopping requires an excessive degree if form/page completion). Bright friendly manner when I called. And quick response when my provided artwork wasn't quite up to specification, reducing potential delays to the printing.
After writing my first comment having ordered some free cards and less than happy with the expected turnaround time which was not displayed on the website, I received a call from the Business Dev Manager and I can honestly say I have not had this level of exceptional customer service for years! They took in my comments and reviewed the way the cards are marketed on the website and also redone the business cards to improve the logo quality as the copy I loaded did not print well. The cards are de to arrive tomorrow and I cannot wait as the proofs look great! I look forward to doing more business here!
