Brilliant, Quick and Polite Service
Could not do any more to keep me updated on my order. Even though I knew it was out of stock when I ordered, they called to let me know, called to say Cannondale had sent it and then emailed me when they had dispatched it and it still arrived within 5 days. Brilliant. 5 minute set up and I was out on the road.

Brilliant
These guys were amazing. When I posted some queries, they emailed me within 24 hours, and even phoned me in Thailand to confirm exactly what I required. The follow-up service was first rate. They spotted a slight bubble in a sticker on the front fork and they emailed me with a photograph, presenting me with several options about the choices I had. I must be honest, I only remembered the bubble after cycling the bike for a week - and even then, it required a careful look to spot the flaw. I will definitely use them in the future. They know what they are talking about and their service impressed me no end. Well done to them!

Super fast delivery and competitive prices even on brands the big players don't stock.
I placed my order for some Bontrager products at 7pm and they were delivered to my UK address at 8am the next day. The fact that I was 4,500 miles away, bobbing around in the Indian Ocean and at GMT + 4 hours helped but that is still less than 20 hours from order to delivery.
The web site navigates very easily and is informative without having all the extra bells and whistles which just slow the process down when you have a less than optimal internet connection.

Get out of the rut!
We all have our automatic 'go to' web-sites (you know the one I mean.... a lot of blue involved!...) so isn't it great to find a place who is (certainly in my case anyway..) cheaper and gives a superb turnaround time and delivery. Thanks!

Great service and very quick delivery
I ordered some Hope Bottom Bracket GXP converters from Pedal On as they were one of the few UK based sites that had any stock. I must admit I was sceptical about getting the converters in the time Pedal On promised but they do exactly what they say, certainly they did here. The converters arrived in 2 days and now my BB is on my bike and looking great.

Fantastic price and quick delivery - Bike was ready to roll in 10 minutes
After much deliberation, I settle on buying a SuperSix and got a great deal with Pedal On after a long search and comparison on the web. THe bike is what I wanted a good solid racing frame as I didnt want a 'sportive' but the compact gearing was going to be a something to relent on, as I'm returning to cycling after a number of years and somehow in the process - I've aged and find it more difficult to get up hills....!

Great service, great value, great all round.
Wow... Brilliant. Ordered a bike on Saturday night; received it Wednesday all built and ready to go, except for straigtenng the handlebars, putting on my medals, and pumping up the shocks. Brilliant.
And the freebies from the Podium points were the icing on the cake. Magic.

Overall, a better than avarage retailer
Ordered a pair of Shimano mountain-bike shoes for the cleated pedals. Order was dispatched the next working day (ordered Saturday, dispatched Monday) and arrived on Tuesday.
Quick dispatch, competitive pricing and a decent website - overall it's all you expect from an online retailer.

Pedal On could do more then they did during the whole sales / delivery process. The standard of customer service was first class!
My bike was paid for with smooth transactions , speedily delivered within 2 days , the 'Podium Points' were a superb bonus and a great idea , highly recommended all round.

Great service and support and best price I could find.
They had the Turbo trainer I wanted at a great price. Delivery was prompt but the trainer had been damaged in transit. I needn't have worried - I sent an email that evening to report the problem and received a phone call from Pedal On first thing next morning. They had everything sorted out within 48 hours. This is probably the best service I've had with online shopping to date. It's hard to see how they could improve. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the couriers!

Having recently purchased a giant defy comp 2 i had a problem with the frame after riding the bike.I contacted pedal on and they picked the bike up free of charge replaced the frame and delivered it back to me . fantastic bike fantastic company to deal with will definetly advise anyone to buy from them oh and the bike was 140 quid cheaper than any other web shop winner all round excellent ........
