Great bike, Great service
Bike arrived extremely quickly, all set up and ready to go, have been riding it since and it feels great. The added bonus was the pedalon points.

Cycling Awesomeness!
I had looked at various companies to purchase my latest bike and to be fair I hadn't heard of pedalon before a google search brought them to my attention. I'm VERY glad it did, the bikes are pretty much the same great price as most other companies but the 'Podium Points' initiative sold it for me (no pun intended!) You get so many 'Podium Points' depending on how much you are spending and you can use these points to buy equipment, I managed to get a fantastic amount of "free" equipment not only that I did e-mail pedalon a few times regarding pre-ordering and bike sizing information and always got a prompt and very helpful answer from their staff.
All in all an extremely professional and very helpful company with great incentives.
I will certainly be using them again in the future and they are now my first stop for any bikes and biking equipment.

I needed a new helmet in time for the Liege-Bastogne-Liege and these guys had a great deal, on a nice helmet, which I ordered on the Wednesday and which arrived on the Thursday.

Excellent no fuss and efficient service
After having serious problems trying to buy a (very expensive
) bike from a main stream internet company where I could not get any sense out of the company, I turned to Pedal On as they are a smaller outfit and was looking for a company that would actually care and give the feeling that my order mattered. They are fairly local and actually were very competitive on price. I Ordered on Saturday, phoned on Monday morning to verify the order and got a very helpful sales assistant setting my expectations and giving me confidence. Everything that was promised on that phone call was delivered. The order was delivered within a week and I was very happy with the process end to end. Keep up the good work and will definitely will be back in the future.

orderd my pedals sunday night, had them bolted on my bike tuesday lunch time.
outstanding! I've recommended you to bike mates at work without hesitation.
the home page itself looks a little concerning with bright flashing banners and lots of stuff crammed onto it.
but this is a totally legit company and the service is excellent.

Excellent Service from Pedal On, not so good from Distributor
Saw promotion in a magazine, great offer. Ordered bike, TNT informed that they tried to delivery 3 times no details ever left.
However Pedal On contacted me and agreed to deliver to an alternate address, Paul from Pedal On was calm and took the time to listen, now have a new bike : )

Great price and efficient service - what more do you need!
Had he cheapest price on net, with postage include. I ordered at 2:30 on a Friday and the postman woke me at 7:15 the following day with my order - amazeballs!

Received the bike today and all the kit. Nothing missing, damaged or broken, or the wrong size. The bike looks great, can't wait to try it.

Cheap & fast & hassle free
Cheap & fast (within a few days) & hassle free. I bought pannier from this website as they were the cheapest. There was no compromise on service and I will always check this website.

My order was processed in an impressive speedy manner and delivered so quickly. Unfortunately, I chose wrong item and had to return it. The return was processed without any problems and delays and so the refund. I have been informed all the time and am very impressed with such a high standard of customer service. Truely fantastic service and value.
I happened upon Pedal On by chance whilst searching for an item through Google and very glad to have found them. Despite placing my order late in the day, late in the week I was pleasantly surprised when it was delivered prior to the weekend which was fantastic as I was then able to use my order for my weekend ride. Fantastic and prompt service and cheaper than other places that i had looked at.
I have added Pedal On to my favourites and will check their website first for future orders. Thank you.

Amazing service

Amazing......Totally blown away by the standard of service.

cheap and quick - what more could you want!
I'm always a little dubious when prices are so much cheaper on one website than all the others but after reading the other reviews on Trustpilot I decided to give them a go. I now agree with all the previous reviews as found them to be excellent - saved about £20 on a bike helmet and gloves compared to the next cheapest place. Had free P+P and the items arrived next day - cannot fault anything and will definitely be using them again. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, you placed your order during the recent Easter weekend. The following Monday is a public holiday in the UK which delayed its processing. We processed and shipped your order at the first possible opportunity which was Tuesday the 2nd of April. We do state on our website that for your location and your selected shipping service: "Normally 2 to 5 working days for delivery. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery of items on this service". Your order has now been in process for 3 working days, should it not arrive in the specified time frame please contact us directly.

Great customer service
Sent out wrong size tyres although the invoice stated the correct size (2.35 instead of 2.2 as ordered). Follow up sales service was superb and they remedied the easy human error, with the correct size on my doorstep within 24 hours. Would definitely use again.

Good quality product
solid, friendly service. Quick shipping.
Small remarks:
- shipping costs were not clearly indicated at the time of the order by mail. First there was an invoice issued by mail without any shipping costs, by mistake.
- one side of the steering wheel was not taped properly
- order tracking via internet (TNT for Belgium) didn't work, but it took only 3 days to arrive to Belgium.
Nonetheless, I will shop again!
