Fantastic customer service.
Cannot recommend Pen Heaven highly enough, I ordered an engraved pen last minute for my Husband's birthday. They phoned the afternoon that I put the order in to confirm the engraving and the pen arrived with the post man the very next day. I highly recommend and will be using them again for future gift purchases.

Absolutely fantastic!
Incredible service - beautiful pens, engraved extremely well, no problems with larger quantities, delivered less than 24 hours after placing the order even though I hadn't specified next day delivery - good value for money.

Great pen, great service!
I had seen an advert for this Cross pen and decided to treat myself to one, although my house is full of pens.
I shopped around online and found that Pen Heaven was offering a good deal with a choice of available colours.
I made my choice and found buying online was easy. I quickly received a confirmation and very soon, received the pen.
The item was well packaged and I'm really pleased with the pen. It writes smoothly and evenly.

prompt and promising pen
I bought the pen for my husband for his birthday. He has not received it yet so no feedback from him, however when it arrived it was in a great box and looked lovely. I also had it engraved. Its a good weight and oclour and sure my husband will love it. I'm now thiking of converting to a fountain pen now!!!

Beautifully crafted
This journal was brought as a 3rd wedding anniversary for my husband. I'm so impressed with the quality of the leather & I love the marbling of the papers. I also was impressed with the added service of having his name embossed into the leather, this helps give it a really personal touch. My husband was thrilled with the gift. Would highly recommend this journal as a gift for those special occasions, it's make an unusual present.

You never know what you are going to get when you use a company for the first time. All I can say here is a top rate service from their website to their delivery. What arrived 'early' was exactly what was ordered, great engraving and well presented, add that to their pricing and you end up well satisfied. Job well done

Professional, speedy service

A gift for a boss
I ordered a pen online and had an engraving done. I was very happy with the delivery and my manager liked the pen. Good palce to shop also, plenty of options with goo dimages and descriptions.

Does not meet expectation.
I purchased an engraved pen/pencil set for a Christening present. When I got the pens back the engraving was so faint you could hardly see it and the engraved initials on the items did not line up when next to each other in the display box.
Phoned Pen Heaven and was asked to send them back for them to inspect them.
Once they had seen them, I was told that they thought that the engraving was fine and that the product was "fit for purpose". I asked if they could be re-engraved or my money back and was told neither was possible.
I said how unhappy I was with the product and that it was not of a good enough quality for me to give as a present. I was told that they were sorry that I felt like that but the engraving was clear enough to see, that the website does state that the set I chosen would be a light gold finish and that they felt that the alignment of the engraving was done how it was done because the lids were different sizes.
As there was an impasse, it was agreed that the set would be sent back to me.
The following morning, Pen Heaven called and said that as a goodwill gesture, they would send me a leather case for the set to go into. I thanked them, said that I would take the case but said that a nice case would still hold an inferior product inside and that I was still unhappy giving the gift as was. I was then asked if I wanted them to send them back to me as was and I replied yes as they had already said that they were not going to change them. The pens were returned with no leather case!
I wanted a wow factor present and had chosen to go down to engraved route to achieve this. The pen set look like they have misaligned faint relief rather than the perfectly aligned engraved initials that I had hoped for. Telephone manner of staff cannot be faulted, but customers should take care when choosing the engraving style and finish if they decide to buy from Pen Heaven. I wont be buying from them again and cannot recommend them.

Best service I've had in years!
I ordered a fountain pen for my partner's birthday which came promptly and was good value for money. The gift was also engraved. When my partner opened the gift, he noted that the nib was too thick for his handwriting so I contacted PenHeaven to see what I could do. They were amazing - called me back with 10 minutes and explained that I could send the pen back and they would change it for me free of charge as it was in the guanteed time. They staff at PenHeaven were professional, polite and had the best customer service I've experienced in many years.

It didn't work!
The pen you sold me looked beautiful but after the first cartridge ran out of ink it didnt work again. Such a shame, particularly as I had it engraved, any ideas?

Helpful and friendly
Ordered a pen for my nephew's Christening and it was promptly engraved according to spec and sent out. I went for the free shipping option and unfortunately it got lost in the post. However, they were very helpful in sending out a replacement, and this time it went recorded. Excellent service and no quibbles about getting a replacement.. Great!

Perfect customer service, lovely journal
I would recommend Pen Heaven to a friend - they replied on Monday morning to the initial query I left on their answerphone at the weekend, and when there was a problem with my order, they took immediate steps to put it right. I found them to be friendly, efficient and helpful, and the journal I ordered from them was lovely - high quality leather with cream coloured paper. The personalised embossed message made it really special.

Exactly what it said on the tin!
Ordered chrome and mother of pearl ballpoint pen as leaving gift for a colleague. Also arranged for the pen to be engraved with their name and gift wrapped too. Excellent service, smart looking pen, nice case and wrapping and all delivered within 3 days on standard free postage. Very pleased with your sevice and would definitely use you again!

One Of The Few British Companies Who Offer A Proper Service
I was delighted to find a company which sold a great range of pens. Better than that, when one arrived with a broken top, a replacement was sent the next day and the person dealing with it on the phone was efficient and nice. I will definitely use Pen Heaven again.
