Perfect
I was leaving the UK in a day's time so I couldn't place an order online. Instead, I called Pen Heaven and dropped by their office to pick up a Pen in person, and it was such a pleasure dealing with them. The ladies and gentlemen there were working simultaneously on fetching my pen, processing my payment, figuring out my other requirements, and in no time I was on my way with a great new Caran D'Ache. Their helpfulness and excellent service left a big impression and they will definitely be my first choice for my future pen purchases.

None of the extras received
The Parker sonnet I ordered arrived promptly, and in its presentation box with the piston fill converter. However, the manufacturer's instruction and care booklet was not included, and nor was the black cartridge. There was no documentation in the envelope about the 2 year warranty. This was the first time I had used Pen Heaven, and I was pleased to receive the pen so quickly but I was disappointed about the omissions, especially the warranty.

Excellent service, great pen, 20 year friendship saved!!!
I borrowed a pen from a friend which had great sentimental value and lost it! Needless to say, I was not very popular and had to do something fast to save the friendship!!!! Ordered the pen and it was delivered as promised the next day! It doesn't replace the sentimental value of the lost one but I'm told it is a lovely pen - friendship saved..... Just!!!!

Elegant, slim and very stylish
Both the pen and the pencil write very well. I favour slim pens and these are suberb.
The leather pen holder that came as part of my gift is perhaps on the large size for slim pens. Maybe you would consider having two sizes, one for slim sets and one for the large barrels.

Very fast delivery but disappointing engraving.
I was very impressed with the first-class delivery - the pen arrived the morning after I had placed the order. However, the pen I had purchased was pink with chrome trim and when I ordered the engraving ( pen was a gift for my daughter's friend) I assumed that , as I was given no opportunity to select the engraving colour, the engraving would be silver-coloured to match the trim of the pen. When I opened the box containing the pen I was disappointed to find the engraving was in gold which clashed with the chrome trim and the bubble-gum pink colour of the pen itself, resulting in the pen looking very cheap and nasty. So to summarise: good item; good price, excellent delivery speed; excellent customer service; good engraving BUT no choice of engraving colour.

Customised heaven
I ordered a leather journal with a personalised engraving from penheaven. Service was excellent, from the exceedingly helpful salesman to the very informative e-mails detailing the order process and stages. Finally, the product was more than I expected and the personal engraving was perfect in every way. It was the perfect present for the occasion. Everything about the service to the product were of the highest quality. Thank you penheaven, will do and already have recommended you to other people I know.

Fastest service ever!
We ordered a pen with engraving at 4pm and it was in my hand at 10am the next day! How quick is that!! The pen was beautiful and the engraving was perfect.
I got an email to confirm my order and another to say it had been despatched.
Excellent service.
My only negative is the website was a little tricky. We were looking at several pens but found it difficult to keep a track of where they were on the site. Perhaps you could add a "wish List" so customers can look at a few together before purchasing

I ordered a pen from PEN HEAVEN as a birthday gift for a friend and I had it inscribed in gold with my friend's name, I could not believe how quickly it arrived, and I was most pleased with it. The pen/pencil set was bought as a special gift for a family member. The engraving was chosen to mark the occasion. The recipient was delighted with the set - a keen, beautiful writer, she waded in to try out the individual pens and pencil soon after opening. When choosing the item from the ranges available, the clean, stylish lines were popular with male members of the family who contributed to the gift. The Penheaven price was the best we found and the service was excellent. I submitted a query regarding the engraving prior to purchase and received a prompt, pleasant reply that dealt excellently with my query. I would certainly purchase from Penheaven again.

I could find almost all kinds of pens at the site of Pen Heaven. They have an easy shopping process. I received the pen in 4 days in Pakistan which was a surprise and the pen was exactly what I wanted.

Expensive pen, doesn't work sent it back
I purchased my pen I had it for a week and it broke and have had to send it back. I have not heard anything about when this is going to be replaced or refunded.

We received your pen back this morning, which is why you hadn't been contacted yet. Just to alleviate any concerns, the refill needed to be screwed in so the product wasn't faulty/broken as such, though I do apologise for the inconvenience.

Great service but disappointed with pen
I made my order and the products came very quickly. However after I put an ink cartridge into one of the pens the lid did not screw on properly. It still works it just does not look right and when I take the lid off I have to remember to screw the nib in, otherwise the whole pen falls appart.
