Pen Heaven - a writers nirvana
Searched high and low along my high street - old school you see.
Decided to take the plunge into the abyss that is the internet and low and behold washed up safely on the shores of pen heaven.
Great site, informative no nonsense reviews of the exact products I needed, speedy delivery and problem free. I felt like I had shopped on line but had the bespoke personal service of a classic stationers long thought extinct.
I have already passed this site onto friends and will continue to do so.

Fast, efficient, unique
I ordered a pen to be engraved for my best friend 21st birthday. The number of characters I entered were to many so I was sent both an email and called to shorten the characters. Delivery was fast. And she loved the pen. We had it gift wrapped with a note all of which were in mint condition. Would definitely use PenHaven agen :) xx

Perfect service
The product I ordered (an Amalfi leather bound journal) was a present for someone leaving our office. It arrived the following day (I chose Next Day delivery), it was lovely quality and beautifully embossed with the wording we had chosen. The recipient was delighted with it. When I initially thought it hadn't been delivered (to our office), I phoned Pen Heaven and they were able to track exactly when it had been delivered and who had signed for it and overall dealt with it in a most professional and courteous way. (It turned out that it had simply gone astray within our building between Reception and our office, but we soon tracked it down and all was well.)

Very Happy - just one very small niggle
Very happy with my purchase and the service provided.
Only one observation I have is that the advertised price seemed to be intentionally set at a low level to attract a sale because the post and package (only seen when completing the purchase by which time I just wanted to complete the purchase anyway) was clearly set extremely high - essentially just a small Jiffy bag and postage. The total price then ends up about the same as other advertisers.
I would still use Pen Haven again as overall I was very satisfied but the pricing policy described above put a little question in my mind about the process and left me wondering..... enough to leave this comment :-). I am not sure they need to take this approach but very pleased otherwise.

Don't need a catchy headline the pen speaks for it self ...........
I found pen haven on line, the site looked good, I phoned up and talked to a man who was very helpfully, the pen I picked was a beautiful black with gold trim , I had my surgeons name etched on it , it is a thank you gift to him , it was a prompt service, when it came it was better than I thought , it also had a lovely box ,I was so impressed I called pen haven and told them so . I would recommend this company to others.

Ordered 2 Parker compatible refills. First 2 didn't work and seemed as if they were empty. I emailed and was sent replacements immediately.

Not what I expected
Ordered a pen came next day but not what i expected. Due to the style of pen my engraving wasnt etched out of the metal and looked like it had been printed on, not impressed. Anyway called to complain and was not satisified with their response and was only offered 30% off another pen. Would not use again.

Quick delivery and good value
I had been looking for this specific pen and Pen Heaven had it at the best price I could find. I ordered late on Wednesday night and was not expecting delivery until next week but it arrived today (Saturday morning). Very pleased with the service and already planning my next order!

Perfect
I was leaving the UK in a day's time so I couldn't place an order online. Instead, I called Pen Heaven and dropped by their office to pick up a Pen in person, and it was such a pleasure dealing with them. The ladies and gentlemen there were working simultaneously on fetching my pen, processing my payment, figuring out my other requirements, and in no time I was on my way with a great new Caran D'Ache. Their helpfulness and excellent service left a big impression and they will definitely be my first choice for my future pen purchases.

None of the extras received
The Parker sonnet I ordered arrived promptly, and in its presentation box with the piston fill converter. However, the manufacturer's instruction and care booklet was not included, and nor was the black cartridge. There was no documentation in the envelope about the 2 year warranty. This was the first time I had used Pen Heaven, and I was pleased to receive the pen so quickly but I was disappointed about the omissions, especially the warranty.

Excellent service, great pen, 20 year friendship saved!!!
I borrowed a pen from a friend which had great sentimental value and lost it! Needless to say, I was not very popular and had to do something fast to save the friendship!!!! Ordered the pen and it was delivered as promised the next day! It doesn't replace the sentimental value of the lost one but I'm told it is a lovely pen - friendship saved..... Just!!!!

Elegant, slim and very stylish
Both the pen and the pencil write very well. I favour slim pens and these are suberb.
The leather pen holder that came as part of my gift is perhaps on the large size for slim pens. Maybe you would consider having two sizes, one for slim sets and one for the large barrels.

Very fast delivery but disappointing engraving.
I was very impressed with the first-class delivery - the pen arrived the morning after I had placed the order. However, the pen I had purchased was pink with chrome trim and when I ordered the engraving ( pen was a gift for my daughter's friend) I assumed that , as I was given no opportunity to select the engraving colour, the engraving would be silver-coloured to match the trim of the pen. When I opened the box containing the pen I was disappointed to find the engraving was in gold which clashed with the chrome trim and the bubble-gum pink colour of the pen itself, resulting in the pen looking very cheap and nasty. So to summarise: good item; good price, excellent delivery speed; excellent customer service; good engraving BUT no choice of engraving colour.

Customised heaven
I ordered a leather journal with a personalised engraving from penheaven. Service was excellent, from the exceedingly helpful salesman to the very informative e-mails detailing the order process and stages. Finally, the product was more than I expected and the personal engraving was perfect in every way. It was the perfect present for the occasion. Everything about the service to the product were of the highest quality. Thank you penheaven, will do and already have recommended you to other people I know.
