Performance Alloys claims to offer first class service, but they are not even in couch.
After I had made the payment for my OZ Racing wheels, as agreed with the Sales Team, they suddenly wanted £100 extra. They claimed OZ had increased their prices. Maybe it would be a good idea to know the prices on your products before you make a sale?
I actually expected them to keep their end of the deal, but they couldn't care less. They increased their price after I had paid, and wouldn't budge an inch. Where I come from we keep our promises and stick to the deals we make. Obviously basic rules of business don’t apply to Performance Alloys.
Performance Alloys made their mistake my problem as I was left without wheels for my new car. They couldn't care less. Luckily www.alloyswheels.com came to the rescue and quickly shipped the OZs to Norway for £100 less than Performance Alloys for the same wheels.
Be advised. Don't expect first class service from Performance Alloys. Don’t even expect coach. They are nothing but deal breakers!

Easy transaction with one complaint
The prices are good and my order arrived quickly. Only complaint was that their website at the time stated that all UK orders would be delivered for free, but I was told they were in the process of changing this. They therefore refused to honour the free delivery, even though I was staring at it written in black and white on my computer monitor.

No happy
I've bought winter tyres from their website. I've paid more than 300pounds for them, and waited for delivery. Day later Ive received a phone call with information that tyres I've choice are out of stock (why there was no information on website just asked me ro pay for them???) They informed me that they could suply me with different one but almost same specification and price. Ive said ok, as I was desperate for them. But when tyres arrived, ive check them on internet and found the same almost 20 pound cheaper per tyre. Feeling cheated. Will not complain as leaving uk on saturady and need those tyres. buying tyres via telephone is pointless as you cant actually check them straight away to know what they are offering to you. But If there is no tires available in stock, they should inform about that on website, not jusk ask you to pay for what they haven't actually got.

Awesome Customer Service
As I had problems looking for 4x98 wheels for where I come from, I had to turn to Performancealloys.com to order some.
Sent some questions via email and Michael was helpful and patient to answer all my mails
Now I'm looking forward to receiving my new allows!

Excellent Customer Service!
Used these guys to source some winter tyres - unfortunately the ones I wanted were unavailable but they took the time and effort to recommend some alternatives. However I wanted a matched set (I already had 2) - they immediately refunded my money and followed up with not only an email but with a phone call to apologise. Really good customer service and I will be going back to them without hesitation.

Excellent Service for tyres
Excellent service. Tony at Performance Alloys sourced some diffficult to find tyres for my BMW and had them delivered for fitting to my local Kwikfit.
I was kept informed each step of the way. Couldn't fault the service... many thanks to Tony and Performance Alloys.

Great Customer Service
So despite the wheels that I needed had been discontinued, the company informed me by email and gave me a good selection of other wheels with the same specification.
For someone like me who isn't knowledgable about wheels and tyres, they were incredibly helpful and efficient!

SUPREME CUSTOMER SERVICE CORMAC
Like sport, this review is a ‘game of two halves’. The first chap I dealt with was not proactive and somewhat mechanical. Order was subsequently placed for MSW 24 Black. The delivery dates were missed and PA received very little feedback from the Italians on this, which in turn was not passed on to me, until I chased. At this point I started dealing with Cormac McGuckin. Problem resolved with the purchase of AEZ Antigua Dark wheel & tyre package with minimal uplift in cost.
Wheels arrived from Germany, PA fitted tyres and delivered to me all as promised by Cormac, who was also at great pains to point out that the experience I had was far from typical for PA.
PA & Cormac I would gladly recommend to all and/or deal with myself again, should the need arise.

Outstanding customer service...
After finally picking out a set of alloys that I wanted from the site I proceeded through the checkout and awaited the call to arrange delivery. Later that day received an email explaining they were no longer in stock and suggested alternatives - none of which were suitable. I emailed back explaining the look and size I was after and Cormac speedily came back with 2 fabulous suggestions that he'd seen on one of his colleagues cars (which is the same model as mine). The set that I opted for were ex-display, I was a little worried about the condition but Cormac insisted they were perfect! After receiving them a couple of days later he was indeed right - the wheels were perfect! Can't wait to get them on my car!
So thanks to Performance Alloys and Cormac for his amazing advice and ability to find and provide me with a set of perfect alloys that will I'm sure look wicked on my car. If not for him I'd still be searching the net for a set of suitable alloys that I'd probably never find - I really am quite fussy.

Excellent Service
The staff was always very helpful, calling back when they said they would with the information we needed. They helped us find the right wheels when we were pressed by time and on a budget.
The delivery was very fast, from the quoted 4/5 working days we received the wheels after only 2 working days, shipped to the UK from stocks in Germany.
Excellent Service, we would come back again.

Great Experience!

Great company nothing is to much trouble
I dealt with Micheal and he could not have been more helpful, it was not a big order but I was in trouble and needed a replacement wheel urgently, where as other Elite companies just said sorry can't help he stuck with it and found what I needed and kept me informed all the way through, this is the best company to deal with and the prices are keen too.

Oh, the power of Google. Couldn't find what I was looking for elsewhere and dropped on PA by accident. Found exactly what I wanted from the sole UK distributor of these wheels. Legendary Service!
Ordered a set of 18 inch Cades Tyrus wheels from PA and as promised arrived next. Had a few issues with one of the wheels but this issue was with the manufactor of the wheel and not with PA. They kept me wll informed whilst liasing with manufactor and although was unable to get issue resolved PA pulled out the stops when I needed to order another wheel @ 4pm for next day delivery.

Great customer service!
After having trouble trying to find some carbon fibre centre caps for a set of OZ wheels, I managed to purchase 2 brand new ones from this business and was so pleased with Cormac's help and customer service, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from him/them again in the future.

I was very impressed with the service that I received from Performance Alloys and have no hesitation in giving a 5 star rating.
I spent 3 weeks looking for an obsolete alloy wheel to replace one that was damaged in an accident. I had no luck and resigned myself to buying 4 replacement alloys. I looked at few alloys in local shops but there was very little choice in the size and stud pattern that I needed, I didn't really like any of the alloys and thought that I was going to be spending a lot of money on something that would feel like a second choice.
I happened to stumble across Performance Alloys and gave them a call. I spoke to Cormac who was absolutely brilliant. He knew exactly the alloy that I wanted (despite it being obsolete for the past 6 years) and he was able to locate one in Germany. The alloy arrived within a very acceptable time scale and was perfect. I was thrilled. I really can't thank Performance Alloys and Cormac enough.

Studs and nuts
I have recently purchase some studs and nuts from you and im satified with the products....been searching high and low for the studs locoal garages, breakers, etc etc....i rang them up and sale assistant (michael) was very helpful...as i didnt know the size and the thread of my vehicle he researched to me and quick response he emailed me back and when i recieved the products it was spot on...the only downside is that its been a week that i havnt recieve the items and i assume that the carrrier lost this product and yet again, the sale assistant sent the products again and got it the next day

Very professional and responsive
I have bought one set of winter wheels for a BMW (about 20% cheaper than BMW for the same tyre and a better wheel) and I'm looking at Mini wheels now. Cormac is very responsive, gives great information and works aroung the customer's needs. I'll definitely come back.

poor service
ordered tyres in Nov in stock promised Dec for 12+23 Dec no tyres
sent promised refund immediately - no refund until Jan.
I get a sense that these individuals are very god at the sales pitch and making money off people at the start but less good at after-care and facing up to responsibilities when things go wrong.

Good Advice and Quick Service for a Great Price
I was looking for a single wheel to replace my space saver spare wheel.
I had tried other sites and also breakers yards.
But Cormac at Performance Alloys found me a compatible alloy wheel and tyre for less than some breakers were offering.
Add to that the quick delivery of only a few days and I would say the service was great and could not be beaten.

What professional really means...
I ordered Lenso KRU wheels in matte black, then I receive one day later a mail to tell me this item is not in stock anymore and let me the choice to wait or order grey color. After I respond the email, the guy tells me he's taking care of my order, and send the package on friday. Monday, after the weekend, the wheels were at my home. (uselsess to say the wheels are delivered with no damage, very well packed, etc...)
Incredebly fast, pro and giving excellent tips to choice the good wheel for your car.
A VERY VERY special thanks to Michael Morrison, who is patient, professional and qualified.
I already have a good opinion on performancealloys, but this man change my view again on this e-shop.
Really the best choice for your car.

Excellent service, value and advice
I purchased a set of 19" bbs chr black alloys for my mk6 vw golf and could not be happier. I got them at the cheapest price I could find on the internet with free delivery. My sales rep Cormac answered any questions I had and does his job in an efficient and professional manner. excellent price poor aftersales performance
Ordered alloys and winter tyres for my volvo c30 from website,informed alloys were not available so made second choice,paid in full in october,delivery was set for 1st week in november,wheels did arrive till last week in november.
Fitted wheels to car and experienced severe vibration,got my local tyre centre to check balance and was told all was fine but the wheels had no spigot rings,when i phoned pa they were very helpfull and said they would send spigot rings 1st class post,now 3 weeks and several phone calls still no spigot rings,now into january and the wheels are sat in the garage,this is a shame because in all my dealings on the phone they have been very helpfull and knowledgable on there products,whoever is at fault for not supplying spigot rings you would have thought they would like to put things right straight away.
Feel let down as i have recommended them to friends and work mates,plus i will be in the market for another 2 sets of alloys later this year

Ordered a new set of alloys for my tyre fitting van, performance alloys phoned me within 10 minutes to comfirm everything was correct, very professional. UNFORTUNATELY missed cut of for despatch for the following day but some how they managed to get them sent out to me for that day, incredible service. will highly reccomend and will use again for other sets of wheels for the other vans we have. a big thankyou guys a credit to you all.
