Awful experience to see managers mistreating employees! The assistant manager Claudia Quintana was mistreading employees in front of my self and other clients, so I express to her my dissatisfaction for her conduct but she started getting rude with me. After such poor manners I asked for the manager a small old lady and was more of the same thing. What a ghetto place!
I called the Perfumania at the Folsom outlets and asked if they had Sensuous Nude for a Christmas gift for my wife. They said they did so I went in to get the perfume. I again asked the woman at the counter for Sensuous Nude and without hesitation she grabbed it off the shelf and handed it to me. She seemed more concerned with trying to up-sale me on some lotion then making sure the perfume was right. After I gave it to my wife for Christmas, she realized right after she had sprayed it that they had given me the wrong perfume. It was a different Sensuous perfume. When we went in to return the product with the receipt they told us that it could not be returned because it had been used and that they don't even carry the perfume she wanted and had never heard of it before. They refused to return it and gave us the district managers phone number. If it had been our fault I would understand there no return policy. But this mistake happened because of the lack of knowledge of their employees and they should have tried to make it right instead of basically shrugging their shoulders and saying sorry. Sorry doesn't get my $75 back or the perfume my wife wanted. We will never go back to any Perfumania again. If you do make sure you double check everything you get.
I am surprise that the is even a fault with this company. The BBB has awarded their customer service since they have been in Business. Sorry about your experience. It sounds like maybe your computer stored this infomation. Because how do you explain them shipping to the last address unless you entered a new one. Just deny the charge with your credit card company. I have never had a problem with them everyone I know love to shop with them. Better luck next time.
I spent over 100.00 on perfume and they shipped it to the wrong address. They lack customer service skills in dealing with customers who are not satisfied with their service. They are quick to put the blame on you and not so willing to assist their customers in order to keep repeat business. I was told that they ship to the last address that you shipped to on your prior order. This was a Christmas gift for my mother in law. Now she is getting over a hundred dollars in perfume from me. This business does not have any type of notice on their website advising that your order will be shipped to the last address that you shipped to. I shipped at Christmas for a gift. How am I supposed to know that it will go to another address and not mine. It does not tell you that. Buyer be aware.
