A great service for hard-to-find fragrances.

Exceptional customer service

I was over the moon with the perfume which I ordered, and because I wasn't at home to collect the perfume at the time I received an email from perfume click saying they were sorry if this caused any inconvenience. WHAAAT? They were apologizing for a mistake which had no relation to them. In my books customer service does not get better than that!!

great for its price

I bought the Fake Bake Airbrush spray tan, I was amazed at how cheap it was, but when it came it looked like the box may have already been opened as the selotape had been broken and one of the bottles had leaked :s but all in all I was happy with how quickly it came and the can seemed full so I don't think it had been used. Mainly because of the price I would still buy it from here

Mixed Bag This One!

Product arrived very quickly, great! However they sent me a product that was 'special edition' , not what was advertised on the website! On the packaging it said the offer was only valid until 2010 and we are now in 2013. The aftershave smelled of pure alcohol, and had gone off, obviously because the dates suggest it was a few years out of date. However, they were very prompt to give a refund. Rating 3/5 because I received a defective product, but service was very good.

Thanks for your message. We would like to apologize again for the inconvenience, we didn't realize they had sent us a Special Edition instead of the normal version. Hi, the 2010 was actually the limited edition year of when the product was made, not a use by date. The scent is the same - it is just a limited edition bottle. Sorry for any confusion.

We have investigated about the quantity of fragrance that comes in the actual bottle, and the 5ml bottle unfortunately doesn't come full up to the top but I can assure you that we have measured it and it does contain 5ml of fragrance. You can also check other pictures you can see on line or other shops, they are all the same.
