excellent and great service
i got injured in a car accident and was looking for a company to use for my injury claim i chose personal injury assist because when i rang to have a chat about my injury they were very helpful, friendly and very good at explaining what happens through out the claim which other company's just wanted my business i had great communication with them at all times and wouldn't hesitate in using or recommending personal injury assist to anyone thank you for your help and friendly service

cant say a bad word !
from the start it has been so easy dealing with PIA - my advisor gave me his mobile number and i was told to call when ever for an update- even sundays if needed be. true to his word if i ever needed anything at all he was there with an aswer even out of working hours. in the first stages he came to my address and met me so i didnthave to travel. everythinmg has been very straight forward and explained well. never put a PI claim in before and very surprised how soon it was before i got my offer ( a lot more than expected ) , they organsised evertthing and made the whole process a good experience- woud 100 % use and recomend these guys again. thanks for all your hard work and straight talking. have a great xmas and happy new year ! i know i will be !

Helpful staff and excellent service
Well to start off with i found the representative Mr Khan who came to my house to be friendly polite and explained everything so i understood what would be the next step and so on.
After having documents come to through the post i was unsure of a couple of things so I phoned up and spoke to a lovely lady called Rumana who explained everything in the best way possible.

Having spoken to the team at personal injury assist I must say they came across as very professional and approachable yet spoke in un complicated simple language. The weekly progress call's were helpful and gave me confidence the claim was being dealt with.

Quick,helpful and treated as an individual case.
I was a passenger in a car crash back in June,i am 21 and healthy,however after the crash found myself in alot of discomfort and had limited movement.Personal Injury Assist were very quick in getting me seen by a doctor to determin what was wrong and how to go about it and what to prescribe.I was informed about all the on goings throughout my case and everything was discussed with me before any decisions were made.In total it took no more than 14 week's to recieve a pay out. I am very pleased with how everything was handled and would highly recommend using this service.
