Focussed, speedy and customised service.
I was a little sceptical during my initial dealings with PIA as I hadn't heard of them. However, as things progressed i found them to be very knowledgeable in their area of work and were therefore able to deal with my case efficiently. There was regular communication throughout the process, although at one critical point in proceedings, i was left on my own to progress matters. Maybe a step by step overview of the whole procedure at the outset may have been worthwhile. On the whole however, PIA were effective in the delivery of their services and I would recommend them to others.

I was involved in a car accident, I contacted the company, they were very friendly and spoken to me in a calm manner explaining everything that I needed to know. They helped me with the paperwork and within 2 days I was given a replacement car despite being the weekend.

Truly AMAZING service, highly recommended!!
A few months back I was unfortunate enough to be on the end of a car collision. I came across this company through google, and I'm glad I did, as I didn't know what to do! However after speaking to Khubaib and Tariq, they handled the whole situation and walked me through everything. Plus I was shocked that the whole claim was completed in just over a month! They really took the sting out of a bad situation, as anybody will tell you that having a crash is a really stressful time. Definitely recommend this company due to how friendly and quick they are :)

PIA THE DOGS DANGLIES
I had my accident on the 24 sept tass came and seen me day after we did the paper work and was told what to expect throughout the claim process less than 2 week later i had a pree-medical offer which i was happy to accept i also received my £200 fee i still cant believe just how quick it was from start to finish i would defo recommend to my friends and family thanks tass and everyone else who helped.

Assist you in the right direction
In my view personal injury assist where really good in dealig with my case. The process did take longer than i thought it would but everytime i rang to ask any questions or if i had any quires i was spoken to in a friendly and respectful manner and everyone was really helpful. The only thing i would say to improve on is whilst my case was being processed i wasn't kept updated on the progress I had to rig up the majority of the time to see what stage it was at. A phone call or a letter telling me what was going on would have helped due to fact i wouldnt have had to ring up the majority of the time. Also dave and ubaid? I think he was called were absolute stars really nice guys helped me alot. Keep up the good work x

Best service recieved by far!!
The service we recieved from PIA was phenomenal!! Had the accident at end of June and cheques were recieved end of September - we were told it could possibly take up to 6 months to sort out, so we were thrilled when it was all complete in 3 months!!
