When I released the gas as the last operation my wife and I had to leave the house even though the window was open, door closed and it was a bedroom. This point was not made at all in your literature

I was having difficulty obtaining Gluetraps, I searched all the big DIY and major hardware stores. Pest control supermarket has it all - I should have gone there in the first place.
I placed my order and got an email every step of the way from confirmation of order to processing and despatch. The items arrived in a few days - and the traps did the job.

Perfect job

The product works perfectly well as I've not seen any mouse in my apartment for two days now. (4 days after the first use). It comes with a pair of gloves and serving plates so you don't have to worry about how to serve these wonderful creatures their food. However I gave 4 stars because I thought the product will be delivered in my house but the delivery person took it to the Post office and I got a letter (posted with stamp) telling me to collect my order at the post office. I'm not sure though if this is the company policy. But my overall experience is great. I will strongly recommend.

At my wits end, these glue traps rescued me. Came across this site, saw the traps thought to give it a go, had nothing to lose. They arrived within 48hours and are super strong as stated, really trapped those little buggers.

Quick and lethal!

We got chickens last year and the rats weren't far behind. Tried poison from the local place but the rats just seemed to enjoy it, in addition, the bait box was a so-and-so to open. Found this site through Google and ordered the medium infestation pack which came with 2 easy open and lock bait stations (fab!), a big tub of grain poison, gloves and trays. So far, it seems to be working! Everything was reasonably priced and arrived the next day. We will come back if (when!) the rats do.

Rats Beware!

When a rats reappeared in my bird feeding, I had only a small amount of Pest Expert Formula B left. However, fast delivery of a re-order, ensured eradication completed in 3 days.

The process of buying the product was very good, the actual product ( in my case rat poison). Did nothing to solve the problem. Ended up having to go a buy a trap which I should of done in the first place

So good the rats broke in the shed to get at it!

Excellent service I would certainly use this company again. Communication were good and fast delivery.
It seems to have worked and no more rats around. It certainly attracted them as we stored it in the shed overnight and the rats found a hole to get in and started on the box immediately.
