first time first class service.
It's our first time shopping at pet supermarket.signing up straight forward.
Becouse of a food allergy our Shih Tzu eats Burns puppy food.our local supplier
raised his price a £1,and we have to travel a fair distance for it.
i found Pet Supermarket on the net, easy to find what we needed and at a price
cheaper than before the rise.
prompt delivery great service all round.
So pleased i have ordered more food.

cheap with fast delivery...love it
These guys have possibly every product needed. I buy dog food etc from them for a 1 year old black lab. Their products tend to be at least 20% CHeaper than the local pet shops. Delivery is fast, normally 2 days. Brill service

Hi. Order was correct and speed of delivery was excellent. While approval of delivery date was asked for and given, the parcel actually arrived several days early which in this case was fine as I was at home.

Found this site, and will stick with it. good prices. Love the Mobile text to inform of delivery speedy service will keep on using , Just huge huge litter of Leos. so had to use this company a couple of times a week for food and milk products. great for the wormers etc too!

Just wonderful
When i placed my original order with petsupermarket i orderd the wrong size collars for my 2 boys. I phoned them to tell them my mistake. They sent out the correct size collers straight away and i returned the smaller ones. They are the highest quality collers without the pricetag to match. I now shop on a regular basis with them. Thanks guys for wonderful customer service and a an understanding ear. Just wonderful.

Great service, good products and communication
Service was great and prices are competitive and with it being free delivery i would definitely use them again and recommend them.
However the only drawback was the web site which i found difficult to find what i was looking for using the toolbar on the left and in the end i chose to search instead which worked better. It wasn't that the website was hard to use because it was user friendly, but it didn't bring back all the results i expected whereas the search function did.

An online pet shop that did everything, except stroke the animals
I found this place online and it was really quick and easy to use, and i liked the free delivery that was a bonus.
They also sent me a text to tell me when my parcel was being send out and when it was being delivered, down to the time. And it came exactly when they said it would.

Surprisingly good!
I was frustrated I did not have an agreed time and a) I work amd b) we have large electric gates so was not sure how delivery would work. Mystery but food left outside hidden neatly behind the car, no idea how they got in!

Good price - slow delivery
Price of the item was reasonable but felt the delivery took far too long
Beware super saver delivery takes along time - if you pay extra, it be cheaper to go pick up your item in a local pet shop.

I have looked into this matter for you and you chose our Super Saver delivery option which is our 5 to 7 working day service. As we do not include the weekend as working days, it can seem like a longer wait that usual for your order. We sell thousands of products on our website, so we can not physically hold all items ordered in our warehouse. Your order was delivered within the time frame stated on our website.
