Terrible customer services - dreadful attitude
I have ordered a couple of times through Peter Hahn. Firstly the delivery time to UK is extremely slow (everything comes from Germany but this is not very clear as you are ordering on a UK website. However, my main concern is that the customer services is really really awful. When you ring customer services they are unhelpful, have no customer empathy, when you ask for help with say the website, they claim they don't know anything about the website. During a recent conversation with Peter Hahn customer services in UK I asked whether my return package had been received by them and when could I expect a refund only to me answered by an unhelpful monotone female voice who said she didn't know if my return had been processed and had no way of telling! I sent 3 separate emails to Peter Hahn trying to find out about my order, all of which were ignored. When I complained to their offices in Germany they sent a voucher as compensation (only a £10.00 voucher- rather a small amount for my trouble) but I then found the voucher did not work. When I emailed to ask why the voucher didn't work, someone from Peter Hahn rang and then just argued that it was the fault of someone else for sending the wrong type of voucer. I'll never order through these people again!! Mrs Robinson.
