Ordered flea drops and wormer tabs. Easy to find on the web site. A lot cheeper then at ourvets for the same products. Order dispatched and recieved in 3 days. Dog happy, so am I.

9 days and still waiting.
emailed you yesterday, to say that i am still waiting for my order of 3 x frontline for small dogs. amount 13.99 with postage. thought i would of well recieved order by now. I orderd on the 7th of june. mrs I Mcnally.

We are very sorry for the delay you experienced in receiving your frontline. We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and use Royal Mail 1st class service for all parcels.
Occasionally parcels do go missing and have to be resent, and unfortunately this appears to have been the case with your frontline.
As discussed in our email yesterday, we have resent the Frontline to you and you should receive your parcel very soon.
