What was an excellent Service has gradually deteriorated to very poor and unreliable.

We have used PetMeds on a monthly basis over the past 3 years to order specialist food for our dogs with annual spend of approx £900. Their Web Site is not complicated and gives an option to reorder goods, which saves time. Unfortunately, over the past several months the Service provided has deteriorated markedly. The Company has removed their telephone contact number from PetMed Web Site, so making it difficult to sort out problems. I always worry about Web Sites that remove contact details!! In addition, E-mails are left unanswered increasing frustration. Although a confirmation of order response is received by E-mail from PetMed within minutes, their pledge to dispatch goods within 48 hrs is regularly not happening!! Despite being a long standing customer, I continue to have problems regarding delivery to the point where I have needed to purchase food locally. Recently received an E-mail to say that goods would arrive on a certain day, took time off work, and delivery did not arrive. Tracked parcel which had been sat in a local delivery hub all day!! This company is certainly not the most reliable and conscientious. I am seriously considering moving my custom to an alternative supplier and would not recommend this Company to friends or family.
