ordered amongst other items 20kgs layers mash ,first time they delivered 20kgs mixed corn ,second time they delivered 20kgs chick crumb aventually on the third attempt they got it right but it took 10 days and by then i had run out of food and had to buy some elsewhere as well .I must add i was compensated for there mistakes but i would rather they had got my order correct the first time they delivered
