Fantastic!
I love Petplanet. I always shop around for good deals but always end buying from these guys.
They have an excellent range, whether I'm buying my BSH cat breed specific food or just toys, they always have what I want.
I had an issue one time, it seemed that maybe the courier had dropped the box because when I opened it (after the courier had left), the cat litter have exploded all over everything else. Petplanet resolved my issue quickly and easily.
I would recommend them every time >^.^<

Great products, great price delivery could have been better
This company has some great products and all at great prices. I was a little disappointed with the length of delivery and lack of communication with regard to it but I would order from them again in the hope that delivery and communication be better.

Great Service
Very happy with my new cat carrier, spacious and easy to build. chose the Pink one, its more of a soft pink,which though very nice, i wish i had chosen the Orange one as it looks a bit more vibrant. Good idea that it can open fron the top,takes a bit of lining up,but better than putting my cat through the door as she has never liked that, so she is much more happy, food department is good if doing a lot of travelling.

Fast and affordable
My cat is extremely fussy and only eats the Royal canin cat food which is pricey. Luckily its much cheaper and I can buy the 10 kg bag, which lasts for months and they delivered within 4 days.

Great variety, price and improving service.
Petplanet have improved greatly over the past year or so. They have a great variety of products and all seem competetivly priced. They have all the items I am looking for so I don't need to go to another supplier to find the extras. Their service has also improved greatly. When I first ordered from them I waited over a week for delivery. The last time my order arrived in 3 days. I have also noticed that they seem to be better stocked now so I can get my complete order in one instead of waiting for complete order to arrive. Lastly, I think the delivery charges are good even if my order doesn't qualify for free delivery.

Excellent Service

CUSTOMERS MAKE PAY DAYS POSSIBLE
I think they must have 'Customers Make Pay Days Possible' sign up in their Depot.
I recently purchased some items from PetPlanet - ordering process was easy (for a technophob!), website was easy to navigate, fullest information given, delivery excellent (ordered on a holiday weekend).
I then went back on to website to look for something else - it was out of stock - I emailed and asked if they did 'email prompts' when you wish to purchase something currently out of stock due in June. A member of staff emailed me back and said she will diary the item and check every couple of days and let me know when it is back in stock.
How good is that - excellent service - and other companies could learn something here.

Great service, Great selection for my pets.
I dont have time to go shopping for my 4 dogs and 3 cats,since i have discoverd Pet Planet its much easier to order from home.
Would like to recommend Pet Planet as they have all you need for your much loved pet.
I realy love the dog cologne it smells just like johnstons baby powder, i spray a little in their beds keeps them smelling nice.

Ugodog - a good choice
Bought this litter tray for our two year-old dachshund. Still learning how to use it a month on but he wasn't a puppy, so retraining takes much longer. Lovely quality and just as described.

Best value for money
I searched for the Venn auto pet feeder and waterer on other sites and Petplanet offered the best value for the large size. Very quick delivery too. The feeders are great and would last for up to 3 weeks feeding both cats (I tested them).

Good but terribly expensive
I've been with Petplanet for over 15 years now, with another cat and our current cat, Dotty. Dotty has had some mental illness (shouldn't have named her that, really) because of territorial issues, but none of the treatment we've paid for has been covered. Still, Petplanet did a great job with the previous cat, Cupcakes, so when we got our lab puppy, Foyle, we thought we'd insure him with Petplanet. However, the coverage was just too expensive for us: their life and health package for both animals would have set us back over £55 a month. We've stayed with Petplanet for Dotty, but have found other insurers for the puppy... with the same coverage except for dental at nearly half the price. It made the difference between being able to feed the puppy the posh nosh the breeder likes and not!

We believe our pet insurance to be highly competitive on a like-for-like basis and comparing costs accurately is a tricky exercise. It will certainly be possible to insure a pet for less but may well not have equivalent cover. Kindest regards. Yvonne (Head of Customer Services)

The people for Pets!
I bought a Progroom slicker brush for my 2 moulting moggies, hoping to reduce the grey fluff on my furniture and carpets - it's an excellent product, does the job efficiently with little effort, and the bonus - the cats love it!
Another item purchased was the Cat Scratching Wave - a really versatile S-shaped item with soft covering and a scratch pad on one of the curves. My cat has scratched on it, slept on it, hidden under it (for ambush purposes), and on its side it is the perfect moggie retreat from the human world.

Great company - you get what it says on the tin
Petplanet is a great company to deal with - the choice of goods is great - the delivery one of the quickest I have had - and the cat activity centre is really good quality and my kittens love it. If you haven't already looked, do it soon - you wont be disappointed!!

I paid extra for rapid delivery but the price charged for this was very reasonable and delivery was very rapid. I was delighted with everything I ordered, all very good value. I'd definitely use Pet Planet again.

Fantastic company with minor problems :)
I would recommend this company to anyone - I use them far more than I should, and spend all of my hard earned money buying things for my array of animals. I have only ever had one major problem (where I ordered a scratching post on next-day delivery and didn't receive until 11 days after my order!) but they resolved and compensated fairly. Took a lot of calls to their helpline and a couple of emails, but eventually I got a call back off a lovely lady called Denise, and she sorted everything out.
So other than the minor website problems where some things show "in stock" and then when you get to check-out it tells you that you have to wait 2 weeks (sigh!) , petplanet is my number 1 choice for all things cat and dog.
Definitely recommended!!!

everything you could wish for for your pet
They had our rabbits favourite treats which we have been unable to get anywhere else. I had to wait as they were out of stock but they kept me informed, and after despatch, delivery was prompt. Would reccomend.
