easy and stress free communication.
When i finally found Pet Prescription i did think that it might be
a complicated business getting things sorted BUT it was so easy!
I had a really helpful person who explained on the phone what i had
to do and then when i had forwarded the prescription i had another
phone call just confirming my animals names etc. Very nice people
to talk to and everything arrived very quickly.
Will definately use again and again!

headache and felt untrusted
having opted to buy my stronghold on line i went through the relevant requirements for my purchase including optaining prescriptions for each of my pets paying a fee for each one and collecting them personally before posting them off, only to get a phone call from petprescriptions telling me they could not dispense these items to me as they were copies not originals after going backwards and forward between themselves and my vets ( who by the way could not understand this at all as each one was done individual for each pet and they all needed different prescriptions and signing) with my vets even ringing them personally to no avail, my vets then had to redo all prescriptions and i then had to pick them up again and repost again at my cost! BEWARE

Owing to the current legislation and our strict adherence to it as a VMD Accredited Online Retailer, we are unable to accept photocopies of written prescriptions. This is to prevent a prescription being filled multiple times by different suppliers, thereby potentially putting the animal at risk. We have found this to be reassuring to both our customers and prescribing vets alike. Normally the vet practice would give their client the original of the prescription and keep a copy for themselves, but it looks as though they mistakenly gave you photocopies instead of the originals, therein causing the complications and delay in your receiving your order from us. It is unclear what they had done with the originals, if they had to re-do the prescriptions, otherwise they could have just forwarded them direct to us.
I am extremely sorry if you felt that we were not trusting you, we understood completely that you had just forwarded us what you had been given by your vet practice. However, we do have to abide by the legislation in place, and so were happy to liaise with your vet practice to try and get the issue resolved.
I hope you can understand the reasons behind our actions, and hopefully with this information, you will find the experience smoother next time :-)

Excellent service
I have been using pet prescription for some time now they are a lot cheaper than the vets have the same products at more than half the price. It's easy to order and the customer service is fantastic, they call if you make a mistake which I have previously the advice is excellent

Top rate service and advice, 250% cheaper than my own vets!
Top rate service. If you have the chance to obtain your prescibed pet medication in advance then I would strongly recommend using Pet Prescription. Obtained a written prescription from my vets at the extortionate price of £18 yet even with this, I still saved a fortune. Delivery within 24 hours of receiving prescription, top rate service.

Good company and good service.
Placed my order for a prescription order drug and sent the prescription to them, I received a email to say order had been dispatched and received within a couple of days. Very easy to do and around half the price that the vets charge. Only slight annoyance is that you cannot collect the order, I live about a 10 minute drive away from the office so seems a bit silly posting the item.

First class service every time
I have ordered my dogs pain relief medication from this site for a few years now and i have always found the service to be the best. The orders are processed quickly, without fuss, and my goods are always dispatched swiftly and well packaged. The prices are very good, certainly compared to the price my vets charge. Professional, fast and comes highly recommended!
I used this company for the 1st time when my cat was diagnosed with diabetes, the who experience was faultless. Delivery very fast, great communication via email, the products I recieved were perfect and just I had wanted. As needed the insulin was cold packed very well and insulated.

Great Speedy Service
I needed to get Thyroid Tablets quickly for my Russian Blue Sam as the price of them from the vet was £26.99 a month. The price from Pet Prescription was amazing,100 tablets for £42.99,such a great deal.They have to have the prescription from your vet which I scanned and sent direct to there office but they also require you to send the script to them by post.I put it in the post Thursday teatime and the tablets arrived promptly Saturday morning. A great prompt service and one relieved owner able to start treatment immediately.

Fantastic service and great prices.
The flea medication I usually buy from my vet is so much cheaper from Petprescription. I needed to call them to clarify something and the customer service could not have been better. And I am hugely impressed with the speed of delivery once I had placed my order. I will definitely be returning to Petprescription.

Found Pet Prescription a few years ago, first class service.
I have been getting Prescription tablets for my elderly Golden Retriever 'Holly' for a few years. My local Vet is very understanding about the fact that I can get medication so much cheaper; as a pensioner I can afford what Holly requires. I have just had pain relief medicine from Pet Prescription and I couldn't believe the saving I made. I would definitely recommend them to anyone

Saw what I needed - ordered it - it arrived - my GSD happy - therefore I am content
Found what I needed for my Shepherd through search on laptop - ordered it - some days later after I enquired whether it had been sent - which I was told it had, it arrived. Second order it came a lot quicker which is important to me as my GSD needs this powder to be added to his every meal for him to function properly. As long as I receive same service - I am content and shall continue to order from Pet Prescription.

So easy and great service
I was fed up looking for flea products other than frontline.. A friend recommended the product i purchased so i did a search and stumbled across you guys.. What a great little service.. My order was sent to Spain very speedily.
My order for Dorwest glucosamine & condroitin tablets for my 11 year old (beginning to get arthritic) cat arrived in 6 working days. I spoke to a very charming and helpful man at Pet Prescriptions on the phone as I had trouble getting their web site to accept my address in Spain (hopefully this glitch can be sorted out). I am very pleased with the service and will not hesitate to order from Pet Prescriptions again.
