So easy and great service
I was fed up looking for flea products other than frontline.. A friend recommended the product i purchased so i did a search and stumbled across you guys.. What a great little service.. So pleased the product i brought worked and you guys kept me informed of the whole process.. It made me a hsppy lady.. Also the product has worked which is fantastic as frontline had stopped working!!

Great service
I ordered some vet prescription cat food as I was unable to get it from my usual supplier and they couldn't say when it would be available. I found the website very easy to use and the food arrived exactly when expected so will stick with Petprescription from now on and will recommend them to all my friends.

My order was sent to Spain very speedily.
My order for Dorwest glucosamine & condroitin tablets for my 11 year old (beginning to get arthritic) cat arrived in 6 working days. I spoke to a very charming and helpful man at Pet Prescriptions on the phone as I had trouble getting their web site to accept my address in Spain (hopefully this glitch can be sorted out). I am very pleased with the service and will not hesitate to order from Pet Prescriptions again.

The online shopping site was very easy to use and answered all my questions by watching the video clip on how to order. I needed to speak to a customer advisor about the prescription and I was dealt with very professionally. Once I had signed on, I found the special deals well worth considering and will be shopping on this site in the future.

Dog's happy so I'm Happy.
You know what, I'd never head of on line prescriptions before. Anyway my lovely Vet told me about it and I thought I'd try it. I looked at several companies but decided, not sure why, on Pet Prescription. Brilliant, easy to follow instructions (because not everyone is 20, some of use are 50 years older) and my order arrived with a few days.
Now I'll see what else I can order from them because I'm so impressed with their efficiency.

First stop for pet meds
I usually by pet medicines from vets but found these frequently needed items very expensive.While searching internet sites found this well laid out site eye catching so placed an order for my 2 black labs .They asked details of my pets which I found re-assuring.The order placed was delivered next day and will definitely use again.

Save money and your dog's life
I found my vet only sold Stronghold in small packs which cost a lot of money. As I have three dogs and am a pensioner every little helps, so I was delighted when I discovered that I could save nearly two thirds of the vet price by buying from Pet Prescription and also have it delivered quickly. In other words about £20 instead of over £60!!!!!!!!!! Thanks a lot.

Better Value,speedy delivery what more do you want?
I wanted to changed from my usual supplier who have increased their prices dramaticaly! So I checked on the web and found "petprescription.co.uk" they were cheaper by a country mile for both food and prescription medicines! Delivery was free and delivered speedily by Royal Mail. I've found my new supplier!

excellent and saved a lot on vet prices....easy to register for prescription.
I bought flea product from vets cost me about 20 pounds for 3....bought two packets of 4 from pet prescription including postage 8 sachets came too 29 pounds... Registering for a prescription was easy and once registered you can order further products, as they have details of your animals medical history.

I ordered a produnt that was unavailable in the USA
There is no way to trace the package once it reaches the USA. This seems to be the only problem I have had.

Competitive prices and a helpful, friendly, efficient service ... just need a liitle more care with packaging bulky food items
I have 2 elderly labs who need regular meds and prescription foods for long-term issues. I now self insure so getting a competitive price for the meds, in particular, is very important to me. I had been using vetmedsdirect for the last year but the prices of their meds have increased by 50% on one of the drugs I use. So, this time I shopped around and found that pet prescription had the most competitive prices for the meds I needed. The prescription food I ordered was a mixture of a bag of dry food and tinned wet food. The packaging of the food was flimsy. Some of the tinned food were in the same parcel as the bag of dry food but as there was not adequate packaging around the dry food bag the tins ripped a hole in the bag. The spillage was contained so I only lost a small amount of food. It has not put me off ordering from the company again as I am sure it will take the feedback on board and ensure the packaging is better in future.

I have been using petprescription for about 2 years for my dog's medication and i find them competitively priced, and they offer a very good service. My order is always delivered quickly, i find the website easy to use and on the odd occasion when there has been a problem and the staff have telephoned me, i have found them to be polite and helpful. good service but web site needs work
This is a really good service, however, I found that navigating the web site and actually getting what you wanted in your basket was not that easy. OK if you know what you want straight away, but when you want to jump around pages and click on other things (to find out about prescriptions etc), i seemed to end up a bit lost and ended up cancelling everything and starting again - or so I thought. This then resulted in an email saying I had goods in my basked that I had not checked out, even though I had checked out with my 2nd attempt to order. Didn't know then if the goods would arrive or not. It may be me, but I use computers all day for work so i am not too bad with them. I hate to think what would happen if my parents tried to order!
On telephoning the staff were very helpful. The goods arrived promptly. The price is very competitive - the cheapest available for the drugs I needed and the tablets appear to be the genuine thing so all in all I am very pleased, thank you. Excellent service and will certainly use again.

I think many people are worried that the tablets they order online may not be genuine, and rightly so! There are sadly still a number of illegal sites operating and so pet owners need to exercise caution when buying online. easy to order and delivered on time
My only criticism is that I could not make any amendments to the delivery details which I had made a mistake on. Thankfully, it did not matter, but was very annoying. The tablets arrived on time and safely.

Perfect pet service for sick animals!
My cat Amber needed help with her hyperthyroidism, so I searched to find help online. I found Pet Prescription and that put and end to some of her troubles. I sent for a special diet and see a big difference in her already. So glad I found this firm. I bought a special diet for her which the vet had suggested, so managed to buy the same from Pet Prescription cheaper, it was delivered very quickly too. Lucky for amber as now she seems a lot happier.;

NOT HAPPY
I ordered my prescription and it came in the arranged time unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong address , but luckily the person who received called and said they had it so I had to drive and collect it.
This s the postmans fault but only because the label was so small you couldn't read it.
