Tilasin Shimano vapaanapaan tiivisteen jota ei löytynyt pyöräliikkeistä. Löytyi helposti sivuilta helppo tilata ja saapui kotiin alle viikossa. Varmasti käytän palvelua uudestaan.

Great customer service, go above and beyond!
Petra Cycles web service is the best I have ever come across, they are very knowledgeable and have the customers best intreast at heart.
When my order was delayed they told me about it and kept me up to date. I understood it was not their fault, but they upgraded my shipping and gave me a discount too. You don't find this level of service anymore, I didn't even ask!
Thanks guys I will be a long term customer!
