Great price and super speedy free delivery
I purchased my double bag of dog food mid-late afternoon and the very next day around midday it was delivered. I think this is a fantastic service. The price of the food was good too saving us a considerable amount when compared to local shopping. I shall definitely be using this company again. Excellent service with a good choice of pet foods too.

So far so good
I have only made one order so far, but shall definitely be doing so again. Free Delivery is just brilliant & the price of the items are ordered is still competitive even with the free delivery.
The items I ordered were delivered promptly and packaged well, the communication was exemplary throughout.

EXCELLENT SERVICE, THEIR PRIORITY
I am so glad I came across this website. I have two cats, so need to keep a good supply of cat food in the house. I found buying from a supermarket fairly expensive, and then you have to get it back home. I decided to search on the internet, comparing prices and convenience etc,, and found PetShopBowl.com. They offered everything I was looking for; a good selection of food, treats etc and all at reasonable prices. All deliverable at a regular weekly/monthly rate chosen by me. BRILLIANT. No more lugging home big bags of food etc, for our two little 'terrors' and even better, I can get it all at a price I'm happy to pay. If you feel like I did, I REALLY RECOMMEND you give this website a try. I really believe you will not be disappointed.

It made my dogs and wallet very happy!!!
Have two Leonbergers and feeding them good food is expensive business. So when I stumbled on Petshopbowl I was very happy with the competitive prices. While price is important, I do actually place more importance on service and I can't fault that either with petshopbowl. I ordered the food, it was delivered and my dogs ate it all up, which really is all you can ask. The best thing is I have now set up a repeat order so no more frustrated dogs when I proclaim 'What you're out of food again'

LET DOWN BY SLOW DELIVERY SERVICE
PETSHOPBOWL.CO.UK .... Excellent price's on dog food bulk buy savings i managed to save £40 on 2 large bags of Pro Plan large breed athletic dog food £59... My local pet store charges £51 per bag that's £102 simple math ... The let down was the delivery time having ordered and paid for by 8am then having to wait 6 days for my delivery ... DON'T get me wrong as a company i would give 5 stars but they were let down by their courier service YODEL " yOU CAN CHANGE YOUR NAME BUT NOT YOUR REPUTATION" ... Don't get me wrong i wouldn't mind waiting 6 days but being told next day or 48 hrs average then that's what you expect . I did speak to petshopbowl during my wait and i must say they were very helpful and very polite

Can't fault this company. My dogs food was £10 cheaper than any other pet food website. Spend just £19.99 to receive free delivery. I ordered Thursday morning ad the food was delivered Friday morning. Go on try them, you won't be disappointed !

Brilliant!
Finally, no need to constantly head out to the supermarket when we run out of cat food :) Such a great idea to have food on subscription - we have 3 cats on indoor food so they get through loads and you can't just pop to the corner shop when it runs out. Have now got dog & cats' food being delivered automatically every three months (at a good price). One less job for me. Feel slightly sorry for the delivery guy though - he must have huuuge muscles!

Happy Dogs = Happy Me
Ordered on Wednesday and delivered on Saturday ... Plus you get an email from Yodel to say they will be delivering ... great service = Happy Me
The dogs nearly mugged the poor driver in their haste to get to their treats ... there is nothing they dislike and all seems good quality = Happy Dogs
There is a message from Max my Labrador ... "the free sample was great and the biscuits were just the right size for my friend Tanner ... she is only little ... but they need to be much bigger for me ... next time please" :-)

carrots loves it.
me and my bunny carrots are so happy, she got the bedding she like the most. with a super fast delivery which i did not expcet. throught i would have had wait longer. with the bottomless bucket it will keep my little bunny happy and me thank you.

The product was fine, but I had a problem with the delivery and I emailed the company and the Managing Director and I have had no response at all. Our post box is quite a way from the house at the bottom of our drive, every other delivery company brings parcels to the house, but this one was dumped by the post box which is next to the road. It could have been taken by anyone and I wouldn't have known, it just happened that someone who knew me saw it and brought it to the house.
I therefore emailed petshop bowl, both directly and to the managing Director as well, but over a week later I have had no response. I hoped they would look into what happened but they don't seem interested. Sorry but I will be going back to pets at home.

WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have been using this company for quite a while, but they really came into their own this week when I ordered the wrong dog food due to the packaging being changed. I was running out of my dogs food at home and due to my husband being very ill in hospital forgot to order Barneys food. My sons could not find any in the supermarket until I could place my bulk order, so in panic I clicked on the wrong item. I realised the day after and emailed them as urgent asking if they could change the food to the correct one but I was too late the wrong one had already been sent out.
A smashing young lady called LEXI rang me and told me to order the correct ones and when the wrong one comes to ring her and she would arrange to collect it. I ordered the correct food and it is coming today. The wrong food came yesterday and is now awaiting collection. What with the upset of hospital visiting I don't know whether I am on this earth or Fullers.
Anyhow, thanks to LEXI at Petshop Bowl my Barney will have a full tummy once again.
The problem started because Chappie decided to change their packaging and I got my knickers in a twist rushing the job so I could get to hospital.

The dog will never go hungry!
I've ordered Alpha Dog food a few times from various pet shop sites but the delivery time was fairly long and one even sent the wrong product twice!. All the sites are usually pretty good on price but none have compared with the delivery service of Petshopbowl. I'll definitely continue to use them for fast delivery of my dog's food - she'll never go hungry even when I'm not organised enough to realise the bag's almost finished, until it's nearly gone!

We are most impressed! It's difficult to find 'acceptable' food for an almost toothless elderly terrier; we could have saved hours hunting in pet stores and supermarkets if only we'd found this website sooner!
As for delivery, it was here quicker than ringing for a takeaway, well - almost.

Excellent Service and good prices
I ordered a double pack of Senior dog food for my now-geriatric Lab, having been advised by the vet that I should switch him to a Senior Dog diet. I was very impressed by the prices on Petshopbowl and was delighted when my free-delivery order arrived a couple of days after I'd placed my order. Free delivery is always a bonus as I've seen sites where the prices are good, but when I input my address in northern Scotland (not a remote location, I should add), I'm suddenly being charged a fortune for delivery. Needless to say, I've never given any of these companies my business, so well done to Petshopbowl for not discriminating against people living in the North.

Thought I would give them a go mainly for the free blanket LOL But now they have become a favourite site so easy to use delivery was brilliant so fast, and I was also really surprised to find a little extra gift for my dogs in the form of a couple of treats, how lovely and thoughtful. Exactly what is needed
The service is excellent, the items come when promised and the tracking is great too.
The only reason for the four stars is that it would be great to have a wider choice of items for my animals- ferrets- within the UK there is a greater selection now so would be good to see that offered-

Damaged bag - but resolved very well in the end.
Competitive prices and quick delivery. My bag of dog food ( 12kg fish4puppies) arrived damaged. Emailed them immediately and they offered generous help. Will definitely recommend, and as others have written, they have really good customer service, should anything happen.

Superfast delivery, great prices and outstanding personal service!
Amazing. I ordered 3 bags of dog food which were £2 per bag less than I usually pay and the whole lot was delivered free within 24 hours or order! The web site said 2-3 days but it arrived well packaged the following day. I can't recommend this company enough - may even have to get another dog so I can order more from them!!
