I have been using this company for quite a while, but they really came into their own this week when I ordered the wrong dog food due to the packaging being changed. I was running out of my dogs food at home and due to my husband being very ill in hospital forgot to order Barneys food. My sons could not find any in the supermarket until I could place my bulk order, so in panic I clicked on the wrong item. I realised the day after and emailed them as urgent asking if they could change the food to the correct one but I was too late the wrong one had already been sent out.
A smashing young lady called LEXI rang me and told me to order the correct ones and when the wrong one comes to ring her and she would arrange to collect it. I ordered the correct food and it is coming today. The wrong food came yesterday and is now awaiting collection. What with the upset of hospital visiting I don't know whether I am on this earth or Fullers.
Anyhow, thanks to LEXI at Petshop Bowl my Barney will have a full tummy once again.
The problem started because Chappie decided to change their packaging and I got my knickers in a twist rushing the job so I could get to hospital.
