The product was fine, but I had a problem with the delivery and I emailed the company and the Managing Director and I have had no response at all. Our post box is quite a way from the house at the bottom of our drive, every other delivery company brings parcels to the house, but this one was dumped by the post box which is next to the road. It could have been taken by anyone and I wouldn't have known, it just happened that someone who knew me saw it and brought it to the house. I therefore emailed petshop bowl, both directly and to the managing Director as well, but over a week later I have had no response. I hoped they would look into what happened but they don't seem interested. Sorry but I will be going back to pets at home.
