Waste of my time!

I bought two lots of cat food plus delivery which cost over £10. I didn't receive a confirmation email to say that thay had been dispatched so i contacted them through their live chat box. They got back to me within a few minutes when i asked whether they had dispatched it, they asked for my order number so i gave it to them. They didn't reply within 10 minutes so i sent them a '?' another 10 minutes went past and they asked me to bear with them. 15 minutes later they told me that i will receive the cat food within the next few days. Still no sign of cat food. I got a call from them saying that one of the cat foods that i ordered was out of stock and asked me if i wanted two of the same cat food or a refund for the one out of stock. I asked for a refund and didn't see anything go into my account for 2 days. I emailed them asking whether the food has been dispatched and asking where my refund was. I got the refund but they didn't say anything about delivery.
It took nearly 2 weeks in total to get the food. I will definitely not be buying from them again!
