Poor delivery service
No problem with product but alot of hassle with delivery, waited for over a week and had to keep chasing. Yodel in my experience are not the best of couriers said they had tried to deliver when I was here waiting, said they had left a card, they didn't! Customer services sorted it out in the end

Very good customer service
Got a personal email apologising when an item was delayed coming into stock.
As I live in Leamington Spa, not too far from their Stratford location, they actually came round in person to deliver my order once it had arrived.
Would definitely recommend!

Very good and fast
Ordering with petShopBowl since over half a year now and I am more then happy.
The prices are very good with all the products.
Ordering process is very easy and fast, delivery is very fast.
As well they always put a little extra in the box for the doggies.

Good Prices - Excellent Service
I first stumbled on Petshopbowl when searching for a supplier of a complete senior dog food, which I have difficulty in finding anyone who has it in stock a lot of the time.
Not only did Petshopbowl have it in stock, but at a much better price. And in addition, carriage free for orders over £19.99.
So I compiled my first order, and it was confirmed in 20 minutes by email.
Within an hour, I had another email with delivery details.
My order arrived about 2 1/2 days later, which was sooner than quoted.
Overall, I am very impressed with such excellent service, and will be ordering again shortly.

Excellent company
I've only just found Petshopbowl and will definately be using them again.
I ordered a few things on a Sunday night, had an email on Monday to say one item was out of stock, they suggested other items as replacements or something of my own choice, I thought this was a pretty quick reply.
I chose my replacement item and received the order on Wednesday, again this was quicker than I expected seeing as the postage was free!
Great prices too!

Quick Delivery and Good Communication
Petshopbowl delivered what I ordered on time and I am happy to recommend them. There was a slight error but I got an email very quickly and it was sorted out without any issue at all.

Fine
Order made before cut off time however was not processed until end of the next day. Delivery then took extra time as it then involved a weekend.
May use next time depends on price!!!

Hi had a problem with my dog because he is limited to what he can eat and the staff at PetShopBowl found me the product at the best price and delivered to my door. What a great company. So convenient to order onlone and have my dog food delivered to your door, Lexi and Adam, are such friendly and helpful people, I do have one littlle gripe, since you changed your pricing policy, I feel that those that buy in bulk have had their prices increased...... I have always bought 2 sacks at a time, with just one lot 9f delivery charges, now you have added del charge on to the price of the food, and a discount for bulk buy, so those that have always bought one bag at a time it works out same, but for those like me Its actually gone up by a few pounds.

Great value dog food. I was spending £10 on a 3kg bag of IAMS at the supermarket and was able to buy 5 times the amount for less than £35 at Petshopbowl. I call that great value and cannot fault the service - fast and efficient, no hassle. What's more, postage was free I would recommend them to everyone and will certainly buy from again

WONDERFUL
Excellent service, very fast delivery will definitely deal with this company again.
I am fed up of supermarkets not selling Chappie dried dog food, the only one that sells it is Morrisons and then they only have three bags at a time on the shelf, if you are lucky that is. The problem with Morrisons is that you cannot shop online, they have not yet come into the 21st century.
I always do my supermarket shopping online and Ocado (Waitrose) stock it but you can never guarantee it is in stock when ordered.
It is good to know that I can order as many bags as I like without the hassle of traipsing to Morrisons or keeping my fingers crossed in case Ocado have not sent it in my order.

First class company
Delighted that I found this company on ebay...but now use their website! Orders delivered the next day, I think thats superb service. I live in a very small village so I also save on petrol and I dont have to carry 15kgs to my car. I would certainly recommend this company to everyone.

Rarely you find a company with such great communication, customer service and superquick delivery.
One of the items I ordered was out of stock - I received a replacement which was worth 3 times the price I paid plus a lovely tip on pet food. Thank you, petshopbowl, I'll definitely come back for more.

Great Service and Price!

Brilliant service
I ordered 2 bags of dogs food has i have trouble getting it from pet shops on the high street has i have two very large saints and it was with me within 3 days from when i ordered it and the price was also excellent compared to other on line stores i definitely be using them again and will recommend them to all my dog walking friends as well .

the staff were very helpful when yodel said they'd delivered my pet food to me (but had actually dropped it off at a different street - i found it 3 hours later) i was instantly offered a new load of dog food (which wasnt needed in the end), but it's the thought that counts!
always been very quick to send the food too.
