knowledgeable and friendly
I was looking for ways to ease my dog's separation anxiety and saw that Petsperfect stocked the anxiety wrap. Wanting to know more and being slightly sceptical I contacted PP to ask a few questions. The staff were absolutely great and had a wealth of information and first hand experience of this product. Great service, great knowledge and fast delivery. Thank you guys, on your recommendations the wrap has turned everything around for us! xxx

Excellent!!!!
I wanted a Ruffwear Quinsey jacket for my dog for winter. I didn't know how to size it but saw that PP had a helpful size guide on their site. I also spoke to Sophie who was particularly helpful with my enquiry. They dispatched the item as stated very quickly. I have also purchased some smaller items for my new kitten. Again the service has been excellent. I can't rate the team highly enough, well done PP!!!

Top Class Service and Delivery!
I ordered a Ultimate 2 in 1 Dog Coat for my Labrador and was unsure of which size to get. I called Pets Perfect and spoke to Sophie and she instantly helped me out with how I should measure my dog and all the wonderful benefits to it! I now have a very happy warm pooch during these dark winter days! It was so easy to order online at petsperfect.co.uk and I was kept up to date on the delivery date which I could track online, as I chose the Tracked option on my order. The coat arrived a couple of days later and it is of top quality material and fits my Black Lab perfectly and snuggly! Petsperfect.co.uk is where I now shop for my dogs and cats and they even do lots of owner gifts! I would definitely not hesitate to use petsperfect.co.uk again. I will certainly be passing this company onto my friends and family. Thankyou!

Sophie was really helpful over the phone with an order query I had & my order arrived within 2 days. Petsperfect.co.uk comes highly recommended & are now my no.1 choice for doggy delights!

Best service. Ever!
I ordred two (size two) Halti collars for my basenjis. One color was on back order so PetsPerfect waved the shipping fee (To the UNITED STATES, no less!) When the collars arrived I was sure they would be too big, so contacted PetsPerfect, sent the collars back, and they replaced them with the correct size (again with no shipping fees). Extra nice people there. Excellent service. I will buy from them again! Oh, and basenjis wear a size one Halti collar, in case you decide to order. And the brownish gold color is divine.

Not informed requested item out of stock. When chased informed and had to settle for different collar colour.

Not informed about the delay!!!
Ordered a head collar for a strong willed Malamute Shepherd as an urgent replacement for a broken one. No indication on the web site that the replacement we ordered was not in stock. After 4 working days no sign of the delivery, so contacted the store by email and found the item was still in customs??? Finally sorted this out by having to settle for a different colour and the store agreeing to supply a matching free lead. Promised to be delivered on the 3/2/12 - watch this space!!!!. If it was stated on the web site that this was not in stock, we would have gone else-where and got the colour we wanted

Perfect is Right.
Unsure that I had ordered precisely what I wanted, I rang Petsperfect and left a message. They instantly got back to me and were really friendly and helpful. I needed the item in a hurry, and it arrived the next day. Can't fault this excellent service.
