Efficient service and good prices
I use this website to buy medication for my cat, and to my knowledge it is the cheapest. Goods are despatched very promptly

good value for money and good customer service
Contacted the company before ordering with an enquiry. They got back to me quickly with a reply and when I ordered the delivery time was very acceptable even with it beeing free 2nd class post.
The price of the product was very competitive

Still waiting
I ordered on 23rd, I am still waiting. I had been advised there was an error and my order was being delivered via first class Royal Mail but still nothing. Unfortunately I will not be using this company again. I needed this ASAP and only wish I had ordered from my vet instead. It would've been worth the extra expense to have had it when I needed it.

Great to be able to buy item individually
I needed some collars for a small bird with a health problem. I normally get the Buster collar pack, with 4 sizes included, but had only used the one size, so it was good just to be able to buy what I needed, and the price was very reasonable. I thought the postage was on the pricey side, £5 for a dozen collars, and £3.50 for postage, but understand having a flat rate is useful. They arrived promptly and do the job, what more can I say?

Why did I bother!!
After a very long period of waiting for my horses meds to come through the post (11 Days)
I had to contact them to find out what was taking so long...
They hadn't even sent them, I asked for a refund and then they wanted to charge me for the refund,
Their mistake as they say they had emailed me, but I have not received any emails other than thanking me for my payment.
Yes Im ok to pay, but cant have the item..!!!..
All sorted now, cost me an extra £40 with my vets but at least I have the meds for my horse, I will never use pet vet medical again, nor could I sleep easy if i recommend them to anyone.

Fast and Efficient
I would recommend using this company to supply medication for your pet. I received several e-mails regarding my order and they kept me informed as to what I needed to do and what they could do to help. It was like contacting a friend.

Fast and friendly
My dog's on a lot of medications, and Petvetmedical offered the best prices! My prescriptions always arrive quickly, and are accurate. If I have queries, emails are answered in a friendly and timely manner. I'm a definite return customer!
