Easier to use the local pharmacy. They have problems taking orders, use a manual system at the doctors with a built in latency of three days, cannot trace your order, and have very unhelpful phone staff.
Last phone conversation after they had taken most of a week:
"What is your account number"
"I have never used it, I login with username and password."
"Well we need the account number."
"Where on the website is it then?"
"Oh, it isn't on the website....."
Very helpful. A system designed to fail when it is needed most and give the support staff a chance to be rude at the same time.
