Still Waiting!!
REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY EXPERIENCE THIS TIME ROUND. I HAVE ORDERED PREVIOUSLY WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS, BUT THIS TIME I PLACED AN ORDER ON 8/5/13 AND HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED IT (TODAY IS 16/5/13).
I HAVE CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICES BUT THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY REQUESTS FOR A REPLACEMANT UNTIL 15 DAYS HAVE PASSED. BEARING IN MIND THAT I HAVE PAID IN FULL FOR THE ITEMS, I AM FAR FROM HAPPY.
IT IS NOT A GOOD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE TO HAVE OVER £100 TAKEN FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT BUT HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT. THE COMPANY SHOULD REPLACE THE ITEMS AND TAKE IT UP WITH ROYAL MAIL AT THE APPROPRIATE TIME.
WILL SERIOUSLY RE-CONSIDER EVER USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN

I can confirm your order was dispatched using the method of delivery you had selected which was Royal Mail Second Class Delivery Services. Royal Mail advise the delivery time for this service is normally 3 to 5 working days. In a very small number of cases the Royal Mail may not meet this service level and in this situation Royal Mail advise to allow 15 working days from the date of dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday. Pharmacy2U advise to allow 10 working days.
As a good will gesture I have resent your order for you today. If Royal Mail attempt to deliver two parcel please accept the first parcel and refuse the second parcel.

Awesome!
I love how the website is arranged in a way to find everything easily
I love how fast the delivery is, and how the product is fully protected against damages.
However, I'm a customer with your online pharmacy and i don't get any offers or vouchers. My orders always get above 70 Euro (the last two orders above 100Euro), although, the delivery rate is so expensive and no vouchers are received considering me as a usual customers.
In general, I'm pleased with your service as an over all.

make sure you get right post code on as they will not check with address and not deliver!
i managed to get my home post code transposed with my work post code that i had put down for delivery and rather than deliver to eight er of the addresses or indeed ring me they put down as failure to deliver and when i did not get my parcel i rang them and they wanted to charge further delivery charge!
i thought they had phone number in case of problems!

never again
Ordered my items with this company as it said they had the items in stock. Fantastic as I needed the items straight away so I paid for fast first class delivery. The following day I received an email saying the items would be a few weeks until they were in stock. Unacceptable, why didnt it say they were out of stock when ordering. Called the company to cancel order and when I tried to make a complaint to the operator on the phone I heard "oh for f**k sake" said either by him or in the background. Rediculous.

Always Exceedes Expectations!
I’ve been using Pharmacy2U for a few years now.
Pricing is probably about right compared to other online pharmacies.
The main thing for me is, whatever I buy, it always turns up on or before the anticipated delivery schedule and in a perfectly discrete package.
So, I'm happy with that!

Fastest delivery worldwide!
The most important thing to me, when it comes to a pharmacy, is a fast delivery. The merchandises is pretty much the same everywhere so a quick delivery is essential. When they stopped selling the painkiller tablets (that I use against severe period pain) here in Sweden, I had to order it from elsewhere. Ive tried different companies from all the corners of the world and I can say you deliveries are the fastest, without a doubt, so THANK YOU!

Too ill to get to chemist?? Look no further!!
Sometimes the reason you need a chemist is because you are actually not well, in my case had awful Spring Flu and was bedridden and in need of some painkillers but too weak to get to shops. Lo and behold, I discovered Pharmacy2U and their speedy service meant my woeful suffering wasn't too prolonged, Yay!! Will definitely bear in mind and indubitably use again, convenient and fast, and no standing in queues feeling like you're about to pass out!!! Packaged in a nice anonymous way in case you dont want to advertise what you are buying.

Good service, reliable
Good site which is easy to use, browse and order from. Delivery is quite expensive, i think that single items should be shipped free of charge, this would possibly encourage new customers to order and try the service. That said I was pleased to recieve a coupon in the box for free delivery on my next order which was great. All in all a very good experience and in my opinion a reliable, professional company.
