I received the wrong variant of my order and emailed Pharmacy First (PF) for advice on replacement. I received no response and emailed again, the response I received after my 2nd mail made no apologies for the error, it just requested that I fill not the attached returns form (which wasn't attached!) and then send the items back - I would then be refunded the postage and sent the correct items. I work, so getting to the post office was not convenient to me, in addition I was not happy to be out £10 postage in the hope that I would be reimbursed. I emailed PF on 13th November asking if they could uplift the product - as yet (6th December) I have received no reply. It was an expensive lesson (order was over £50) but I will NEVER buy from this online retailer again.
RESPONSE TO PHARMACY FIRST REPLY
If you had read the review you would have realised that
1. You didn't attach the returns form
2. I emailed you re uplifting the product and was awaiting a response - you never replied. Unfortunately you are not so quick to reply to emails as you are to bad reviews that are for public viewing.
would be nice to receive order with correct products or if they are not available an explanation why not
The search mechanism doesn't work properly - I tried it in 3 modern browsers with the same results. And when I did manage to find my products, my basket was emptied of all contents twice! I've used this service for several years and the website appears to be getting worse. Having said that, goods are cheap and delivery is always very reliable. Just fix the website please!
Although he drugs sent were for the same symptoms they were not what I had order or hat was on the receipt they were wrapped in!!!!
Very simple process to order and prompt delivery followed
Pharmacy First offered a product that I regularly buy elsewhere at the lowest price I was able to find. At first I was sceptical ablut their service but decided to give them a try. Placing the order on their sire was easy and the order arrived the following day.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend then.

I ordered my goods, the website was easy to use. I received a couple of e-mails to say the order was being processed but four days later I e-mailed the company to ask when I could expect my order to be despatched. A very helpful clerk said he would look into it and within 24 hours my order was despatched. The wait time was too long for me to give this company full marks, the delay was due to their despatching the goods.
I had placed an order for Keromash Masking powder and the packaging shown on the website was in a bottle. However when the product was received by me, the packaging was in a tube. This is not what I had expected. I was getting the same product in tube at a much lesser prices and no delivery costs. But inspite I thought that I would rather pay a few extra + delivery which I paid to Pharmacyfirst. But still not getting what was shown on the website is mis-leading.
When I contacted the customer service, I received a vague reply mentioning that the product was only available in tube packaging.
This has disappointed me and would not encourage to place a next order. You have lost a regular customer.
Ordered a couple of times now from this company. Seems to be cheapest overall, with great bargins at times
Website is easy to work through, checkout is easy enough, you can pay via Paypal as well.
Depending on what you buy , you will be asked questions at the end of the checkout process. I guess these answers have to be checked by a human so your order might be delayed by maybe hours, 1 day at most depending on what time you order ?
Packaged well, clear address labels,product returns paper work is included with your invoice
