I wrote twice as Ive noticed the delivery address was wrong...but no reply to any of my emails, nothing. i wrote them right after i paid and noticed where they were sending it to.. im not happy being ignored.
First time I had brought these type of goods online and was really pleased with the service and the prices. Many of the items are generic rather than brand names but with the difference in price this was not an issue for me. Will definitely use again.
No problems with ordering. Confirmation of the orders, their packing and despatch kept us informed. The deliveries arrived when expected and the packaging was well done and each time the items arrived without damage. An excellent company to deal with..
Not only were the items reasonably priced but when I was an utter numpty and ordered the wrong item, one phone call and it was sorted in seconds. And they didn't charge me the extra. Less than 12 hours from order to delivery - outstanding!
For over a year, I had been desperately trying to get hold of a prescription medicine that was out-of-stock at more than 20 high street and 7 online pharmacies that I tried. Got to congratulate pharmacy first for persevering and getting hold of it. Many Thanks.
140407-180253-1793 I placed this order on April 7th, receiving an email from you on the 9th to say that the order, for 'Almased' had been shipped. Today, the 18th, it still has not arrived. This is frustrating, as I was dieting very successfully, but am having difficulty keeping the same rate of weight-loss without this product. I hope you can remedy the situation quickly, even though I realise your method of delivery - carrier or post - may be at fault. I didn't want to use the stars, as I don't know where the fault lies, but the system won't allow me to leave this out.
I ordered an expensive product nearly 2 weeks ago after reviewing all the fantastic reviews I felt I had ordered from a safe company, now I'm left feeling like I made a huge mistake as my products haven't arrived and when I emailed no one replied!! Next step was to call I got through and was told to go and check the post office, done that they had no product so easy call back and customer service will sort it ... nope not the case was told the same then told they can do nothing for 14 days great customer service I thought the products were on a sign for at the door basis so why do they have so much trouble tracing them hmmm! Its left me feeling like this company maybe a fake company but why so many good reviews very very confused any how if I don't recieve my product by next week im off to FBCA for help!!!
Very slow service, I emailed to complain about my item not even being dispatched a week after ordering, I got no response or apology, just a dispatch email. Item arrived poorly packaged and not properly sealed. Very disappointed. Quite frankly next time I will pay more and go somewhere else, I guess you do get what you pay for and when it comes to medicines for my sick family I would prefer speed and care.
