CROOKS! SHARP PRACTICTICIONERS!
I ordered the Erecaid battery powered system at £399 from Pharmacy First. The order arrived fairly promptly at the specified delivery address.But, although the invoice clearly stated that the item was the battery version at £399, I actually received the cheaper, manual version (clearly packaged as the manual version) - but was still billed £399 (ie the cost of the more expensive, battery version)!! I see this as a blatant act of sharp practice and downright dishonesty by Pharmacy First. Given the sensitivity of ED problems it is probably easier to retain the cheaper product than return it and seek either a refund or the system as originally ordered. However my experience with Pharmacy First means that I will be purchasing nothing further from them ever again (including spares/consumables for the Erecaid). I would not recommend t this company to anyone on the basis of my first (and only) transaction with them.

Service was OK...
The service was OK, however, it would be nice to know when the parcel will be delivered, and the delivery time said it would be 3-4 days and I received it 9 days later... Apart from that, prices are great value for money, and a good range of products!

Out of Stock!!!!!!!!
Very disappointed at the delay in receiving my order. It has left me without the tablets and I am not best pleased. I ordered them on-line on 24.04.2013 & on 1.05.2013 upon my enquiry was told the tablets were out of stock. So not SATISFACTORY.

Don't pay by Paypal
Some excellent prices but the last couple of times I have paid by Paypal I have had to ring and get my goods despatched. Money has always been taken but it doesn't seem to trigger the delivery.

Bargain!!

Speedy
I was very surprised at the low cost of the products. I live in Cyprus, and I often hear from people that the cost of medical supplies are over here are a rip off, for example: Junior Aspirin 75 for a pack of 56 tablets is 6.69 euro. It makes a great change to have the opportunity to buy something at a good price.
I was also impressed at the speed of delivery, just 5 days. One can't complain at that speedy service.
Would I recommend to others? Yes, most certainly and I have done so.

Excellent service and reasonably priced product
The hypromellose eye drops were as described. The only improvement I would like to see is to change to a transparent container which shows how much is left in the bottle - this allows having a spare at hand, at bed-time, to avoid searching for another bottle when on is suddenly empty.
