Good service despite an initial misunderstanding.
Because the toothbrushes had to be sent to Belgium there was a misunderstanding as some goods cannot be sent outside UK borders. However, after a brief exchange of e-mail with one of the Pharmacy First staff we have now received our toothbrushes.

Excellent Price and very fast delivery
The hay-fever tablets were offered at a great price and the free delivery made it impossible to beat for value for money. And the tablets arrived 2 days after being ordered, so excellent service all in.

Easy to use but need more info at time of ordering
Would have liked to be informed that one of the items was out of stock at time of ordering so I could have made a different choice. Only found out when items delivered.

Quality of pharmacy items delivered to your door with many offers
standard prices and selection of supplies are good but once registered the offers
received by email have been exceptional
Regular non prescription i buy from supermarkets at good prices normally when i receive offers from Pharmacy first they make great savings and make it worth buying a
years worth in one go
No visiting shops or running out i can order in advance and have them posted

Fantastic prices and service!

Prompt service at a competitive price
I have ordered from Pharmacy First for many years now and my orders have always been dealt with promptly and efficiently.
The only problem I have had was since January I have used PayPal to pay for two orders, and both times my account at Pharmacy First showed payment pending until I phoned them. It won't stop me ordering again, but they need to get their payment system for PayPal sorted.

not as good as last time
I had to wait on the order for a week as they had run out of stock, this should have been updated on the website before customer purchases..... i didnt even get a email telling me they are waiting on stock I had to call myself!
When it did eventually get delivered, it got pushed through my letterbox and so some of the packaging got squashed, so was kind of peed about that....
hmmm but since I got good quick service from pharmacy first from my last 2 purchases, i will still buy again, i have hope!

Cheap as chips and brilliant value
The anti histamines I have just bought from Pharmacy First shows how ripped off we are with the likes of Pirotese. etc these tablets are a bargain and do exactly the same as the other brands only instead of 7 tablets a box these have 30 and are no-where near as expensive. Get some in for the hay fever season
