Fast, efficient service :)
Thank you for processing my prescription so quickly and efficiently. I had been to all my local chemists who all told me that my prescription item was out of stock and that I'd have to return to my gp as there was not an alternative brand name. As a last resort before returning to my gp I thought I would give you a try to see if it was available, to my surprise, it was, but not only that, I actually had my prescription delivered within a couple of days. Fantastic service which I shall definitely use again :)

Excellent Service
I have had three veterinary prescription orders so far (much cheaper than if collected from the vets themselves) and each time the service has been quick and with no problems at all. So satisfactory all round.

Most excellent service ever!

I highly recommend Pharmplex Direct!
The customer service is exceptional, I was kept inform throughout about the status of my order and, most importantly, the international delivery was faster than I expected. I have ordered a vaccine, which was temperature sensitive, and it arrived within 24 hours in pristine condition. I cannot thank enough Ms. Niku Suri for all her help. Great product range and quick delivery.
After searching for "Glauber's Salt" in high-street and online shops around the UK, finally found a retailer which would sell it. As it turned out, delivery was 3 days quicker than advertised, which was very much a plus (though I could have saved myself money on the delivery option had I known that these guys were that quick...).

Excellent quick service
I was recommended to Pharmplex by a friend and I have used them ever since. I have found the service extreemly good and always have every confidence that when I send my order in it will be dealt with quickly and that I will receive my order within days. If there has been a problem someone from the company has phoned and the problem has been sorted within minutes which I really appreciate. Also the prices are very good and that has saved me a lot of money on tablets that I have had to buy for my horse and ultimately made it possible for me to afford to actually treat my horse where as I would have had to consider having him put down many months ago.

Excellent delivery by DHL - less than 24 hours from UK to Italy
It would be useful to have a direct e-mail contact and advise to send the private prescriptions by fax prior to mailing, to have the order processed sooner.

Gem of a find.
So reasonable compared to the cost of the vet supplying medication for my pets, which long term would cost me so much. This company deivered within two days and the cost even with postage and V.A.T was so, so much cheaper, I have recomended to so many friends.
