Very pleased with my first order
I had to kick off treatment for vitamin malnutrition as part of my coeliac and scoured the net for calcium, iron and folic acid. Pharmaplex fulfilled two of these and at a great price. I will definitely be shopping there again.

Excellent, speedy service.
I am delighted to be able to order Floresse Starflower Oil Capsules on line, as recently they have disappeared from the shops, especially Boots. These capsules do exactly what it says on the tin, or should I say packet and give one a wonderful sense of well being. I have recommended them to many friends, who I'm sure will be ordering from you.

Twice I was billed higher than order,
I love ordering from this company, have been for a couple of years. But the last two orders I was billed to my visa card higher than I purchased. After I brought it to their attention, I was credit back the difference. Who is doing the billing and I wonder if I don't catch it would it go as over paying and un noticed. I hope not because I enjoy this company and they are fast at getting me your product. I hope this gets resolved in the future, so I feel safe. I will continue ordering from this company because I am totally confident in their service, fast, friendly and have what I need, I'm just not sure if they have a secondary person doing the billing, and hope it is watched more closely.

Good service
Ordered a product which is quite difficult to get hold of on the high street, delivery was delayed and there seemed to be some confusion over stock levels, but they called me to let me know what was happening which was much appreciated and the items arrived well packed and in good condition. Also took advantage of the free delivery over £40 which saved me a few pounds.

Fabulousness even phoned to make sure of order
I bought quite a lot of medinol as cant get it in chemist and granddaughter suffers with bad migraines. I was phoned by them to make sure I knew what I was doing with it as it is a lot of paracetamol. How's that for service. I think the service is first class.

absolute crap
took my order and my money, agreed for me to email them a copy of my repeat prescription, which \i sent. Then they wanted a copy of the original sent to them. As I am disabled, it is not a matter of just posting a letter, I have to get into my nearest town on a mobility scooter.
I still havent had a refund.

I have investigated your complain concerning the service you received from us and found the following facts:
1. The item you ordered is a strictly controlled item and it is legal requirement that it can be dispensed only in possession of the original prescription.
2. Your message, and my colleague’s answer to your enquiry whether we would accept your prescription in email:
"Hi is it possible for me to email you a copy of my repeat prescription. 82.14.64.150
Hello Gayle
Is it a Private or Veterinary prescription?
You can email to niku@pharmplexdirect.com so that we can get it ready BUT we will need the original as well."
This message clearly shows that we did not suggest by any means that a copy of your prescription would be enough for dispatch.
3.On our website while ordering prescription drug, the customer is required to confirm that he understands that we have to receive the original prescription and the system wouldn’t complete the order unless this information is acknowledged by clicking in the relevant box. You did acknowledge this requirement on the checkout page.
4. We did not receive any form of communication from you that you do not want to post your prescription to us or you have difficulty with posting it.
5. Similarly we did not receive any communication from you requesting refund.
Considering the above facts it is clear that your review is unreasonable, and although we wanted to deliver the usual high level of service, you - for reasons only known to you- felt that we failed you. Nevertheless, I hope that you will not be discouraged from visiting us again.
Your order has been refunded in full.

Smooth operators
Hi, I ordered some hard to locate Lux Heavenly shower gel, 10 tubes, I received a call apologising that they could only supply 8, would I like to still proceed with the order or have a full refund. I confirmed that I would still proceed and was advised that the products would arrive the next day, sure enough within approx. 24 hours the goods arrived. They were well packaged.
I appreciated the phone call, the offer to cancel, and the 24 hour delivery.
Very pleased with the service and the price paid.

PRIVATE PRESCRIPTION PROFESSIONALLY PROCESSED
I spoke by phone to check that a private prescription from my Dr in France, where I live, could be accepted and processed. They confirmed this would be OK and the process for purchasing the prescription and sending them the paperwork couldn't have been easier. I have already recommended them to my French GP as there are a number of UK prescription items that are not licensed for dispensing in France and this will be useful for him to recommend to other patients who have confidence in a product that is not available in France.

Extremely prompt and efficient service

Great customer service!
I had been buying HyloTears eye drops after laser eye surgery from another site for years but a very bad service experience had me looking for another source. I originally found PharmplexDirect on Amazon but when I went to purchase the shipping costs appeared unreasonable so didn't buy. I emailed them to query this but concurrently found their website where I placed the same order at an even lower cost (and free shipping!). They replied to my email within hours, had seen my order on their website, explained the costs on Amazon but confirmed I had made a better cost purchase direct fom their website. Their price for HyloTears is SIGNIFICANTLY lower than I had been paying elsewhere and combined with free shipping is a real buy. Also received the order in 2 days!
