Will be buying from Phix again
My wife came across the site when I was looking for a new shirt. When I ordered it the communication from Phix was excellent and the delivery time was great. The website is fresh and I love browsing it for bargains. Would strongly recommend you get your Phix now! (Sorry I had to!) ;-p

Alles funktioniert wenn man mit der Ware zufrieden ist - aber falls man etwas zurück schickt bekommt man sein Geld nie mehr zurück.
Ich habe im Oktober 2012 einige Artikel bei PhixClothing bestellt und über Paypal bezahlt. Leider musste ich sie zurück schicken weil sie meinen Erwartungen nicht ganz gerecht wurden. Nach Zurückschicken des Paketes - keine Antwort. Ich setzte mich mehrmals mit dem Kundendienst in Verbindung doch eine Antwort bekam ich erst nach 5 Mails: Man erklärte mir nur, dass PayPal bei ihnen nun abgeschafft wurde, und dass ich bitte meine Bankdaten bekannt geben würde. Also übermittelte ich meine Bankdaten, bekam aber nur als Antwort, dass diese falsch seien müssen weil sie nicht das richtige Format haben (Ich bin Österreicherin und anscheinend ist das englische Format ein anderes). Als ich das dem Kundendienst klar machen wollte - keine Antwort, seit Monaten!
Ich bin sehr sehr enttäuscht und rate auf jeden Fall von einer Bestellung ab!

5 months later.....
When I first came across the website I thought if stumbled across a gem. Thought it was a great website and decided to treat myself to a new coat which was priced at £90. Even though this was a lot more than what I'd normaly spend on one item of clothing I thought I'd treat myself so went ahead and carried out the purchase. 3 days later the coat arrived and I continued to try the coat on. While doing this I came to realise 2 of the buttons had fell off the coat. With this I re wrapped the coat and it it sent back the next day. 5 months down the line and I'm still waiting for a refund and every person I've spoke to from the company doesn't seem to give a flying monkeys. Will not use or recommend this website. Very disappointed and still awaiting a £90 refund.

So glad I stumbled accross the site...
Site has some excellent lines available, the clothes are all of a really high standard for such a low price. Haven't had a single issue with delivery times and the discounts/ discount codes available every now and again are an excellent extra touch.
Lastly, the price of some of the sale items was unbelievable. Managed to get 3 pairs of high quality skinny jeans for £21 - never happened before!

Excellent clothes and excellent customer service!
I came across Phix Clothing a few years ago whilst trying to find some alternative clothes and ended up in their Criminal Damage collection. Phix Clothing offer great ranges of good quality alternative, indie, retro and vintage clothing at affordable prices. I also feel a very valued and appreciated customer as I receive discount codes and rewards for buying and subscribing. The customer service is brilliant and delivery is speedy, especially since being under new management. Would definitely recommend phixclothing.com!

Fantastic store!
I have ordered from this store several times and their prices and delivery services are simply top-notch, they have a great selection of clothes to browse from and would definitely buy from them again if anything I like crops up on their site! I also understand that the site is under new management so I'm looking forward to see any improvements to an already perfect service!

No Reservations
Ever since I typed into Google 'retro/vintage clothing' and PhixClothing came up as an option, I have never turned back and have been completely satisfied with absolutely everything about them.
It's the quality of the clothes and the patterns! It's got to be the patterns and designs! I like how they always have something new to offer and with every newsletter I get, there is always a brighter top or a pair of ridiculous leggings which I fancy more than anything.
Since they've been under new management, the whole website looks more professional and it's easier to manoeuvre about the various sections of vintagy goodness. I would strongly recommend this website to anyone and everyone because I know with 100% certainty that they'll never need to shop anywhere else, just like me.

I have no reservations about ordering from this website. I once ordered something that had since been discontinued, i received an email almost immediately offering me a refund or an alternative item. Great customer service.

An Exquisite Wide Range, Well Priced Boutique
I absolutely loved Phix Clothing! They not only have a great range of products but are priced decently and great quality. There are many other similar boutiques that charge more money for similar quality items which is why I choose Phix above all others! I love the style they portray and how there is also a variation in styles to suit all personality types under the 'Retro' heading. There is something for everyone! I have only had one issue when something was not delivered but as soon as I contacted them - an apology was quickly returned and my item was delivered in no time at all! All in all a very great online boutique!

Gorgeous
I love the full choice of Phix's clothes, there is a stunning range and all the items look great! I ordered a vintage style dress, and it was delivered within three days. My one flaw with the delivery was that the dress had a few small, black marks on the straps and bottom layer of dress which took a few washes to remove. Overall, I was very pleased with my purchase but would be disappointed if all items were damaged in this way.

phixclothing what can i say
I bought a long coat off of them for myself, web site easy to use and prompt delivery . Communication was good although they said item out of stock. But with a few e-mails all sorted out. Very pleasant people to talk to and very willing to help . The coat is excellent just right now the weather has turned cold.

Great products, fast service.
I bought a couple of items this Christmas for my girlfriend from Phix. The items arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I was surprised at how fast the delivery actually was at the hectic Christmas time. I would recommend Phix to anyone, and have already done so (a friend of mine bought a peacoat).

Smooth service.
Really chuffed. Hadn't really heard of the site before so stumbled across it when searching for black jackets online; my order arrived quickly and as described, judging from other comments it seems that things are improved in the last few months (new management?). Would definitely order again!

Phix clothing is an awesome clothing site, with clothes that are unique, which is hard to come buy these days, the customer service is very personal and you get a reply from any queries very quickly. the customer service has improved a lot since the new management of the company, I think this has made a considerable difference.

Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant.
I've order from Phix Clothing many times now and have always been happy with my purchase. The clothes are well packaged, the correct size and in superb condition. I often recommend Phix to my friends because not only does Phix have loads of great sales, the clothes are really fashionable and trendy.
I can't wait to order some stuff from Phix this christmas! It should be great.

Used them twice so far with positive outcomes!!
As the title of my review says I've used these guys twice, both times for leather jackets one of which recently and the other a couple of years ago.
The jackets I've had from here are very, very reasonably priced and pretty decent quality so on that score I've been impressed on both occasions.
Regarding transaction/delivery wise, again on both occasions I've had a smooth and efficient experience with my items arriving as described within a few days as per my chosen delivery options.
The first order a couple of years ago involved my exchanging the original item for a smaller size, and that was a relatively smooth process, with no problems.
All in all two positive experiences, which means I would and shall use them again and would certainly recommend them to others.

Amazing
Phix is such a brilliant shop, it has a variety of different clothes for people with different styles. it is not completely over priced and there are alot of options, also with the delivery they normally come really quickly with everything correct (i havent had a wrong order yet). I am always satisfied with what i purchase. :)
The website is very easy to access and not too complicated to use either. i would definatley recommend Phix Clothing.

Very Helpful
Have recommended Phix to a lot of my friends - they always have cool, reasonably priced clothing that is different from the usual, mundane high st clobber.
They were also very quick to deal with an exchange and refund that I had recently and also quick to send out a replacement in time for the weekend - particularly like the returns procedure which keeps you updated on when items have been, posted, received and what the next course of action is. Customer service on a landline number too! No hassles

Perfectly good.
I've bought quite a lot of clothes from phix clothing, and never had any issues. 90% of my purchases have been flawless and the one time and item went out of stock i was sent an email written by a person, and not a computer. I replied with my alternative choice and the shorts arrived within 2 days.
Shipping is always very fast, and i am usually surprised at the speed.
Overall it's hassle free and easy shopping. I hear they have new management and i daresay the great customer service is down to this. Thanks guys!

I've used this site several times and bought a number of items from it, which I have had absolutely no complaint about. I did have a problem before where I had to wait a number of weeks for a purchase, but since the website has been under new management, I have experienced no problems like that since. I love this website and every time I need to buy something new or wish to partake in a bit of retail therapy it is my first port of call. Love it.

Want to look different phix clothing is the site
Absolutely love this website my bf introduced me to it last Christmas, he has been buying clothing from your website from when it started and he has never had a problem I think he would like to right a review Andrew.adamson04@gmail.com. I did have a issue where I had to Wait 18 days for my Delievery to arrive I had ordered a leather jacket sandles and boots. I rang customer service 5 times they were helpful but just kept on telling me my order will arrive next day. I ordered them for a reason and I ended up buying other items from another website. I was very disappointed and then I didn't receive my full order as the boots were out of stock but I was lead on that I would receive my full order. I was given a refund for the out of stock boots. I emailed phix with my concerns and how disappointed I was with the service of having to wait 18 days. They emailed me back quick with their apologies and I was given 10% of all orders for life. The leather jacket is fab it's my fav item of clothing at the mo. I order a lot of band tshirts from you for family birthdays they love them.

Great service - would recommend
II have bought from this store on a number of occasions and have always had a good experience (for both girls and boys clothing). The items that I have purchased have been true to how they looked and were described on the site and delivery has always been prompt. On the odd occasion I have returned an item (because it didn't suit me or whatever) and they have quickly refunded me. So all in all a great experience for me :-)
I would highly recommend Phix to anyone considering purchasing from them.

An quick and easy service for me.
Surprised to see a few negative reviews as I recently bought a pair of boots from this site and they were despatched quickly and received with no problem. They also had a nice discount on them compared to other sites and are good quality boots. Apparently they have new management so that could be the reason things are running smoothly now. Either way, I can only comment on my experience and that was a hassle-free one. I'd definitely shop with them again.

For me, perfect
I order a jean and a shirt from phix.
The jean was shipped the day after i order it, via royal mail signed for.
The shirt i order was L, so they send a mail saying the dont havent yet, i a couple of days maybe they restock.
After 4 days they send another mail telling that the shirt in the size in choose is out of stock, and asked if a want a refound or another item, i choose the refound and i have the founds in paypal in a couple of hours.
For me the customer service was great, but, the send the stuff via royal mail signed for, witch its fully trackable but they dont send the tracking number ¬¬U...
By the way, im from Argentina.

Stay Well Clear!
Ordered two items from them , one some time ago and thought on this occasion that I would give them another chance, again, same thing happened, poor contact, wrong delivery, fake Royal Mail Tracking numbers, telephone contact poor, e-mails not responded to, advise if you really must use this company to use a credit card so that your money can be taken from them....over all, stay clear!.
Oh and as for the 5 star ratings, that is clearly the company using its so-called marketing team attempting to increase their star rating, everytime I contacted them on the Facebook page, they deleted my comments....

Omg.. Never had such a bad experience with an online shop. Don't ever ever ever go buy from them. After a lot of problems and some undelivered items, I tried to email them. They did not answer me. Then i tried to call them and a woman told me that i would receive my item in seven days. But why... they told me that i would receive it 4 weeks ago. Today i tried to call them again, and now i can not call their service phone....... omg. no recommendations from here, at ALL!!!!!!

Would you buy from a crook? Than don't buy from Phix Clothing
They don't do refunds. They get all the money they can from your creditcard and don't deliver all items. When you return something, no refund. I've mailed them, called them, begged them... No action, no refund, no communication. Crooks!!!!
