Ordered Samsung Galaxy SIII online. Not only did I get a good monthly deal, but going through the Avios website I gained 3,000 airmiles as a bonus.

All in all, very happy. Phone is gorgeous, phones4u were easy to deal with, fast and efficient.

Order was processed in a few short hours and arrived next day, clear instructions how to set up phone. Only reservation is phone deal included cash back which isn't available until the final months of the contract unlike deals with other companies...maybe this should be made clear when purchasing rather than after.
I called Phones4U recently to order a Samsung Galaxy s3, spoke to James who dealt with my order and he was great, went through the phone with me and what it could do, explained the tariff (which was a fantastically discounted offer with Orange that couldn't even get through Orange themselves!).
The phone came within a couple of days, as promised.
What impressed me the most was that he wasn't at all pushy, he was efficient but friendly and no query was too small. I would definitely use Phones4U again and with the recommend a friend deal, everyone's a winner!
I'm profoundly deaf and sales in the store ensure things is in the order even that i brought the package online. they go into finer detials to ensure that things is in order and i'm leaving the store with smiles in my face.

We`ve had a few phones from phones4u now wether it be off the internet or in one of there shops but never had any problems with the company what so ever and to be honest wish to congratulate them on a 1st class service on an order we placed yesterday and received this morning so howz that for speed!
We have had the odd one or two faulty phones in the past to be fair but that`s not phones4u`s fault in any way but they did resolve the problem in record speed !

I ordered my iPhone5, through the Internet Phones4u service, quite late on Friday. The postman with the parcel, containing my brand new mobile, arrived early on Monday. That's what we call a fast service! Amazing, compared to weeks, my friends spent on waiting for their new phones, after ordering them elsewhere. Thanks.

great until something goes wrong then they try to fob you off with rubbish replacements and a bad attitude. They will tell you that if something goes wrong you can trade for another handset that is available on the same contract yet if you find something that's not at least 1 gen behind the device you have your then told that just because its the same does not mean its the same! WTF! They refused to take back a faulty handset even after 3 times of trying what there supposed technical team said and within the 28 days and only after raising a complaint did they exchange my handset (first time was painless I will admit but second non working handset is a joke). I have used many less expensive websites online that are about half the price and have had much better customer services plus you are protected by distance selling regulations. Avoid P4U unless you like to pay double what you could get elsewhere and have no CS!
Ordered phone online with no problem at all the only downfall was the delivery company they use. City link were a disgrace. I wasn't in for delivery so they are meant to deliver the next day but they didn't. They had so many excuses so I decided to go pick it up.
First of all I went into my local phones4u store to have a chat about an upgrade/new contract. The sales team were extremely pushy and seemed to want to sell me anything. When I told them that I would not be upgrading that day I was asked "is it something I have done?". Awkwardly this put me on the spot, as it most certainly was because of the staff.
The next day I decided to start a new contract online. The website clearly states:
"Buy any contract, pay as you go (PAYG) or SIM Free mobile phone from us by 13.00 Monday to Friday and we will guarantee that you will receive your order by 13.00 the following day!"
However I brought the phones and completed the transaction at 12.10. I got a confirmation email later that night, but the phone was not delivered for another 4 days.
I contacted customer serviced several times and was told that I must allow 3-4 days for royal mail to deliver. When the phone finally arrived it was delivered by city link.
Now I have the phone I am very pleased with it and have experienced no problems.
If you are looking to take out a new contract do it online, and avoid the unprofessional sales staff in store.

I had the phone within 48 hours of ordering, and was kept accurately up to date along the way. Paperwork all taken care off, additional instructions by email, and within two hours after receiving the phone I was using it as if I had it for years. Painless!
After experiencing a horrific level of service from my previous contract supplier, with eleven months remaining on my contract, I felt trapped into a lengthy contract with a phone that was fast falling apart and a network who were about as helpful as a chocolate ashtray when you need assistance. I went through numerous websites trying to find a network who would buy out my existing contract, so I could not be faced with the loss of a sizable sum of money, to no avail.
After searching online further, I discovered Phones 4 U often do buy out contracts, I called up and was transferred to a very helpful lass who got me a good deal, with a brand new phone, and a better deal than I had, for a good price and money towards the cancellation charges.
My only honest regret? Not making the call sooner!

The process was really simple; I completed an online application and within a day the phone arrived. I received e-mails along the way advising of how my order was progressing; overall great service.
Could not fault this transaction. My order was acknowledged almost immediately; I was advised it would be delivered by special delivery within five working days - so as it was Friday I expected it to be delivered Monday .. but no, it was delivered on Saturday when you normally have to pay more for delivery - fantastic. The phone was for my son and we were away at the time. However we overcame the registration details and he was away. The next day he found a 'problem'; I was still away but rang phones4u. They were great - within minutes of explaining our personal situation the advisor helped me set up a third user password and my son was able to go to nearest store to pick up a replacement which had been reserved during my phone call. However, it wasn't faulty - just an additional protective plastic layer was across the microphone and ear piece!! A1 service all round. Will definitely be going back to them when I need a new contract next year
Quick, easy, and no annoying insurance sales pitch which I was told 'I have to purchase if I want the contract'. A much more efficient experience online.
I have given Phones4U a five star rating because of the excellent service I got from their customer services department who quickly managed to resolve a small problem I had with the ordering process. There was also a minor problem with delivery – I received an email saying that if the order was a single item it would be delivered the next day before 1:00pm by Royal Mail but if it contained a handset and a free gift then it would be delivered by courier between 8am and 8pm. I waited at home until 1:00pm and then found that City Link had tried to deliver it at 3:00pm. The order did show the handset as one item and the obligatory £10 T-mobile airtime as a separate item but this is clearly not a free gift. Maybe they count the Wifi offer as a free gift. Anyway be wary of this if you want to receive your handset as soon as possible. In the end I received the phone the next day which was still within 48hrs of ordering. All in all an excellent service with a couple of minor hiccups.

The only very small complaint I have but this was not really pointed out to me by staff was the fact that I had to pay extra for the Internet Wi Fi to be able to use the phone at other locations other than at home on m y wireless network
I was lead to believe that the £31 / month included Wi Fi as there was no mention of this until after I had opted to by online and then afterwards a box came up saying something about paying an extra £2.99/month to O2 for Wi Fi and I am still not sure whhat this amount is for or even if it has to be paid at all
I tried to talk to someone on line chat but they were far to busy and I received a message which did no address the reason I had gon eonto chat
I am still waiting for a call back from someone there at Phones 4U but have not as yet received any call to explain a couple of thing to me about my phone and plan that I have opted for

I used both the call centre and store at Eastbourne's PC World. All of the staff were helpful, knowledgable and eager to provide a phone / contract that I wanted. One member of staff even stayed late to help set up a contract.
I normally leave a phone shop wishing I had never entered (pushy staff, etc) however, my experience with Phones4u was the complete opposite.

The sales adviser and the member of the customer support team who I had spoken to were extremely helpful. They seemed genuine and very easy to talk to. The customer service was phenomenal and I am a very satisfied customer who has bagged a great deal on my new phone :)
Phones4u gave me t he best deal to be found, the assistant on extension 48049 bent over back wards to help meet my requirements, now Iv got a great phone and contract no body else could match for price.
Yes I did get the phone ~ eventually after 2 chase up calls. They said phone was in stock when I ordered it and quite clearly it was not in stock which I discovered when I made my first chase up call as her reason for me not having the phone yet was completely different i.e. stock issues! It wasn't in stock oh yes it is in stock but not been unpacked yet! That old chestnut! When I had not heard anything by a week I rang again and was told they were waiting for them to come in! So I was a bit miffed and said I did not appreciate being lied to and treated like a twot! The phone arrived two days later! So Phones 4 U tell the customer the truth or get your stories straight when you tell the customer a porkie. On a positive the people were nice who I spoke to.
I have enjoyed ease of access to internet, good for callender, good camera, have organised my contacts and mananed tiles . I have looked at apps and nokia, Microsoft accounts, have had a problem connecting to email. Have read mini instructions which are easy to use. Your service on phone good and quick delivery. Overal a very good phone
I was due an upgrade on my current contract. However, I wasn't very happy with my current network any more and so became a little confused as to whether to change network and phone as well as the contract/tariff. I went to Phones4U online for help. They called me as soon as I was due an upgrade. He asked what tariff I was looking for (texts,mins, internet) and what my budget was. He then suggested the different networks that matched what I was looking for and within my budget.
I was then asked what phone I would like. The phone I wanted was slightly out of my budget, so he requested near matches to that. I got to choose my phone and its colour too!
Within the same phone call, which only lasted 10mins max. I ended up sorted with a new phone, new network and new contract. My phone arrived within 5days and now I'm a very very happy customer! Brilliant service I say! :)
the service from the live chat agent was informed and helpful, even when I wanted to wait before making a decision, he made himself available a few hours later. I didn't at any time feel 'pushed' or that I had to make a decision immediately. A nice relaxed experience all round with a satisfactory outcome.
I had been trying to order this phone from other sites and there was always a delay in letting me know when it would be delivered. Phones 4 u have provided excellent service and delivery. Very pleased with the deal I have got and I am impressed with the website.
Fast delivery by Phones4u, but the Alcatel 0T358 is terrible! the tiny keyboard is unusable and impossible to even top-up. Should be withdrawn.
