Hi the service was marred by the fact that the software you were using had no face recognition thus our photobook was spoilt by 30% of the pictures being cropped so heads were missing or pictures were spliced with other pictures where a meaningless section of another photo was inserted in the middle of a perfectly good picture spoiling the original picture. If a picture uploaded on it's side it was printed that way The book had to be seen to be believed it was so awful very disappointed A truely bad experience that has put me off buying a photobook for ever

The 'auto' layout option is to be used to quickly and easily layout all your photos within the photo book, and for you then to go through and check and edit the positioning of photos if needed. Did you check the photo book before ordering?
